I got this. Not too bad, as long as you put the door hinges on properly, which my landlord did not. The "glass" on the doors is actually cheap, flimsy plastic, but looks ok.

Bought this few months ago, plastic glass keeps falling out,2 legs have broke & not very sturdy

For the price it's good, but again build quality is quite poor, the partition board inside kept falling down so I just removed it all together

Don't know about this item, but out of all the wardrobes and chests etc bought from here and Harvey's, have to say ikea are fab and lasted years even better than Harvey's wardrobe which cost me 1200 alone, heat def added

I have 3 of these throughout my house and there great and easy as any think to put up

Surely the build quality is down to you? I've found Ikea wardrobes great in the past and good value for the money, HOT

if you're not a DIYer go to John lewis
otherwise this is a cracking deal

The one we got wasn't even cut straight along one of the edges. Kept it anyway but the quality is poor.

I bought this wardrobe only two weeks ago for my son at £60! Excellent deal, very good value and was easy to set up.

I have 3 of these, they been up 2yrs and are great. got matching drawers also. bargain price at £39

It doesn't mention glass anywhere in the product description, so not sure why you've used quotes on that.

"Product description

Leg: Fibreboard, Foil
Door frame: Particleboard, Foil
Door panel: Polypropylene plastic
Handle: Solid birch, Acrylic paint"

Plastic glass panels in the door. You can see them.

No, they are translucent plastic panels in the doors, there is NO glass anywhere. You can't get "plastic" glass else it wouldn't be called glass!

I have 3 of these paid £80 each for them, they are solid and very easy to assemble.

I bought one of these approx 4 years ago for coats etc in the hall. It's stood up very well considering the price. I would recommend them.:)

Beware! This will last you, 6 months top. As opening and shutting of doors over time the plastic pannelling inside will become loose and the whole door will start to fall apart. So if you are interested in a wardrobe without doors, this is the deal for you. This is from someone who bought TWO!

Not all IKEA is bad but this specific model is absolutely shocking.

we have 4 of these, brilliant wardrobes.two we've had for 6 years still going strong and 2 in the kids room have survived 2 years so far!

I will agree that most IKEA products will fall apart in under a year but i have had this wardrobe for years and its been fine

I recall the packaging is only just slightly larger than the largest (side) panel within the flat pack. The largest panel measures 20" x 66". The whole box is about 6" thick.

At this price it looks like Ikea are going to discontinue the Aneboda range.

We have two. One bought in 2000, and the other bought last year. Quality of the newer one doesn't seem any different to the one assembled 14 years ago. No problems with the doors.

Bought 12 of these for my guesthouse a while back. They're sturdy, very easy to assemble, look much more expensive than they cost. The doors are a quality, strong, translucent acrylic (not glass), which is a bonus, as it's safer and I don't want broken glass or dead guests all over my rooms thank you very much. HOT from me as I paid a LOT more than this, but happy as a pig in poo with 99% of things I've bought from Ikea over the years.

HOT!

Scorchio! :-)

I've had mine for 4-5 years, I built it all by myself when I was 19 so it's easy to build it properly. I even put heavy things on top which makes the top part push down on the doors a bit and it's still fine.

Just take your time when putting it together and it will last. Also not having real glass makes it safer and makes the doors lighter and easier to open too.
