We're proud to be an official partner of Sport Relief. It's a fantastic chance to get active, raise money and change lives. Half the money they raise will be used to fund projects right here in the UK, while the other half will be used to make a difference to the world's poorest communities.

You can walk, run, swim and cycle to support Sport Relief, or simply download and activate our app by the end of March and we'll donate £2.

This is just marketing in the poorest taste. I'd prefer hearing the entire top tier of NatWest staff have been imprisoned for 10 years each.
Charities would also benefit if banks paid all taxes they avoid.

Dear people looking to buy stuff for cheap on a discount site, because you're underpaid, not on salary's in line with inflation or are on a zero hour contract. X)

If you download and activate NatWest app (i.e an app that's relying on charity to help promote this multimillion dollar corporate giants services for cheaper off the back of a charity).

If you download and use their app NatWest will donate £2 per person from a pot of cash that they've previously managed to avoid paying in tax, thanks to some beautifully executed legal TAX avoidance loop hole found and used by Natwest's accountants.

If you just download the Natwest APP, they will use some of the money that they morally should have paid in income TAX the first time around (i.e money which could have helped, in hospitals, public services and charities all over the country) and instead direct that cash to a specific charity that's sleazy enough to get in bed with the marketing directors of Natwest for cash. X)
I would but my 3GS only goes up to v6 and the app requires v7 (can't go any further because the phone's hacked to have the carriers unlocked).
Just like a bank to try to gain a marketing advantage on the back of a charity, yet they want us to believe they have mended their ways. Right.

Probably does the job nicely, still using my Nokia X6, so ya know.

Decent enough deal anyways, I'll install it on the missus' phone just to take advantage.
Good to see a bank owned by the tax payer giving away money to charity, no wonder we are never going to get the money back.
