sorted byVamoosh 6-in-1 Washing Machine Cleaner does a far better job as it disolves hair and limescale, you can actually see the bits it pulls out of your machine floating around in the wash when you run it.
result seems good - definitely not smelly, I had to flush the tab in the drawer out with boiling water about halfway through
