Size UK 5, 8 and 9 are a few quid more at £39.99
Great price. Sadly not the size my lass takes but excellent for those in a 3, 4, 6.
£39.99 for size 8, that'll do my 14yo 6ft daughter who is costing me a small fortune recently.
Fantastic price, wanted a pair for ages. Thank you!
35 quid is a good price for DM's...... even if they are made in the far east now.
Hope you all enjoy the pain of breaking them in.
Awesome price, used to live in DM's as a teenager. Been after some for ages and at this price I couldn't say no! Thanks OP, can't wait for them to arrive

DM still make some Docs in Wollaston, Northants. Problem is that the men's range start at £175 (though you can get a 10% discount on first order).

Yes i know...... but they aren't likely to be a deal on here.
And i wouldn't dream of paying £175 for Docs.
Thanks OP.
The comments on the quality and durability of the patent outer are a bit concerning (ie. bubbling, flaking off even after casual/light wear) given their normal retail price and the otherwise usually good quality of DMs. I have two pairs of DMs still in use and they've been going for years; very tempted by these but I hope they last longer than some people are saying they do!
Get ready for the "How many holes ?" / "Red or Yellow Laces?" debates.
The periods when I wore 14 hole Docs coincided with the times I was usually late for school ...
I got a pair of Doc Marten's at the beginning of January (made in China). Sent them back 6 weeks later due to the sole completely tearing in half on the left boot which absorbed water through to my sock, the right boot sole split in half all the way down the side as well. These are terribly made now and I will never buy them again.

I too wore Docs throughout my teenage years, they were indestructible, and you only bought a new pair when you changed foot size.
But the non-UK manufactured ones are not up to the same standard.
I agree the UK price boots are expensive, but will probably outlive 5 pairs of cheaper ones.

It's such a shame that a brand like Dr Marten decides to manufacture abroad to increase profits - and as a result damages the brand to such an extent that people then refuse to buy it.

Much the same with Clarks shoes. British made Clarks were great shoes. Now they manufacture nothing at all in the UK, and the shoes are **** - not worth buying.

Same here.

I wonder if all the people buying them for nostalgia reason remember the horrendous breaking in period? Blisters for WEEKS when I got new doc boots!
cant find the prices no more, probably expired?

Aye, rumour has it your lass always wants a bigger size.
OOS - Expired all prices are back up now
price gone back up
Nightclub bouncer : "Are those docs ?"
Me , grins, : "Would you like a closer look ?"
We used to get a marker pen and ink over the yellow stitching for the cool "all-black" look.
I bought a pair in 2006.. they are indestructible.
