Across the arid deserts of Nehekhara, vast legions of skeletal warriors rise from beneath the baking sands to slaughter those who trespass into their domain. It is a lifeless realm of endless dunes, stained red from the blood of savages and barbarians. This is the Land of the Dead, where mummified kings are cursed to rule in perpetual unlife. But it was not always thus.

There was a time when the ancient kingdom of Nehekhara stood as a crown of human civilisation; a golden age when its cities shone with majestic splendour, its armies conquered entire nations and its kings ruled as gods among men. But this realm was razed millennia ago by the treacherous sorcery of reviled Nagash: in a stroke, the living perished and the dead rose from their tombs.

I don't like to be the bearer of bad news especially regarding this game which I am so looking forward to, but the PC version uses Denuvo
thanks
This website encourages making smart financial decisions. Pre ordering games is NEVER a smart financial decision. We have no idea if this game will be good or not at release. Don't fall for the gimmick of a few pre-release cosmetics.

Pre ordering tells publishers "don't worry about releasing a polished, finished game, because people have already paid". Time and time again we see unfinished, broken games being launched. Wait until release, wait for reviews, and force the publisher to work for their money.

It's 2018 and games are digital. The shop isn't going to run out of them on release day. Just wait.

You can always refund your order at any point if you decide not to bite on the price (as long as you don't enable your purchase) - uk.gamesplanet.com/sup…und

Plenty of reviews out there seem to point to it being a great release. I understand the negatives regarding pre-ordering but I think it's a bit much when the choice is entirely yours and you can cancel the refund if you decide not to.

Keys are available now as well.

Really is a ridiculous comment, so no one should ever buy a game the day it is released? Everyone should wait until the reviewers have given their reviews before buying? I don’t see that happening..

People should wait until the day it is released, yes. Many games have released broken and you don't know until other people buy it.

Reviews typically come out a few days before release - it can be a bad sign if the publisher bans reviews until release day.

There's nothing to lose by waiting until the game is out, and everything to lose by pre ordering.

I'm not sure why this always elicits such angry responses from people... I'm allowed an opinion, and it's certainly a sensible and logical one. It's very poor of you to call it "ridiculous".
Guessing the guy/girl who decided on 'BALLZ' as the promo code had a good chuckle to themselves first
Just to inform in case you want to buy this game at a later date, the preorder unlockables (Goku SSGSS and Vegeta SSGSS (or for those who can't get their head around the terminology - SSGSS = 'Super Saiyan Blue')) can be unlocked by

- Earning 300,000 Zeni for Vegeta SSGSS and 500,000 Zeni for Goku SSGSS, you don't have to pay for them with Zeni points once you earned that amount of Zeni, they become unlocked.
- By completing the Extreme Gravity Spaceship Course on hard with an A-Rank to unlock SSGSS Vegeta and finishing the Hyperbolic Time Chamber Course on hard with an A-Rank to unlock SSGSS Goku. To unlock the hard mode of these courses you have to beat them on normal mode first.

(Android 21 is unlocked by completing Story Mode)
Best deal at the moment but hopefully it won't take too long to reach £25ish.
Pre-ordered Tekken 7 for under £24 so this just seems a little steep.

DRM is only bad for legitimate users, it forces people who buy the games to put up with them and any restrictions they have, while people who pirate the game get it DRM free.

I haven't pirated games in a long time as they are so cheap nowadays but it is ridiculous that you can get a better playing experience for some games with the pirated copies.

Currently no, but you'll be able to buy it from the US without issues. Codes are worldwide (minus Japan, India and Pakistan)
