Well worth watching some YouTube reviews too, great adventure game, the characters in your party really make it feel like a team experience, very individual and fairly chatty too, with lots to do in the game, well worth the money.

Brilliant game. I would buy it but I've finished it 3 times already lol would be great to play it at 60fps though.

I'm on my third party though, thankfully Assassins Creed Origins came along to break the hold.

Forget about the story, it's really all about the fighting mechanics.

"They're masterworks all, you can't go wrong!"

I really didn't like my first ten or so hours of Dragons Dogma, as you've said the story is weak and the pawns, well they just got in the way and seemed to want to do their own thing ruining for me what would have been a very interesting fighting system... But something happened about 20 or so hours in and everything just clicked, after that I loved every single second of it, spent upwards of 50hrs playing the main quest and have my save file waiting on Steam to play Bitterblack Isle at some point in the future.

Hot deal, a lot of fun hours for little money... Just don't let the opening couple put you off!

It definitely is a slog the first opening hour's but on reflection it really is a long tutorial.
Second play through and being able to run the whole way to the encampment unlike the slow crawling pace of the first main mission puts it all in to perspective.

Once you get a port crystal and a few well placed ferrystones , it does make life easier, dragon dogma is one of those rare games where the world really does feel alive.

I played through the base game on 360, the last boss is one of my favourite boss fights ever. Might have to get this and playthrough the additional areas

Dragon dogma at the full RRP of 24.99 was already a bargain, at £14.85 the game is a bit of a steal considering the content and pedigree on offer.

Heat for a good price. Just for waiting for a decent ps4 slim deal now!

Brilliant game and I'm pretty pleased it's coming to current gen

Just got Wolfenstein 2 so this will have to wait. It is on my BF shopping list though, so am hoping it's even cheaper by then.

Wolfenstein ii is great, I have put around 4 hours in so far, it says I've completed 4 percent!

I loved this game . The story is a bit meh but the combat system and loot (mostly in the expansion) are great . The combat is easily the best in an open world game like this

Just a quick tip for anyone else starting this:

Wolves hunt in packs.

Plus do not try to fight during the night time, the baddies are much tougher at night.
