Buy cheap buy twice. Just get a Henry that will last forever!

Agree. Henry wet and dry. Has been put through epic punishment and come out the other side still smiling.

Good deal ideal for a tradesperson especially!
Worst one I ever used. The Parkside ones or the Wickes own brand are better.

I have one of the Screwfix ones but I wouldn't recommend it - the hose & attachments are all very poor quality.
I got a Guild one from Argos a bit cheaper than this and it is brilliant.

I have this, it’s terrible! Don’t waste your money.
Not quite in the spirit of this post / site: but can anyone recommend a good wet/dry vacuum - or just a (wet) carpet cleaner??
Thanks
How does this compare to the Festool midi?

Purely an educated guess, but very poorly I'd imagine. You're comparing probably the best professional tool brand available with a low end DIY product.
For a 240V cleaner, good price thanks

I have the Numatic George. Can be a dry hoover and a wet vac / extraction machine too. Not the cheapest but fantastic quality machine with parts readily available.

I agree. It's okay for little clear up jobs but doubt it would last long.
Surprised as other Titan products I have are excellent.

They're great for light use but they aren't the machine they used to be sadly.
Rather pay 50 for this than those people that pay £300 for a plastic Dyson that doesn't suck anything

I thought that and have had a few Titan products, they are always powerful but in last 3 months I have blown up a titan angle grinder, multi-tool and garden shredder - I don't think I will buy Titan stuff anymore.

Maybe mines a rare one but had mine for 3 years and never had an issue. Fingers crossed after saying this that it doesn’t miraculously blow up tomorrow.
There used to be a version of this in B&Q with a 1700w motor.

I just don't fancy waiting hours to get onto their website to check
the exact same one (albeit in yellow without the brush handle) comes up in lidl under the parkside brand for half the price.
if you were looking for something shopvac style/ash vaccum.
The nilfisk one is miles ahead of this and has the mains socket that activates as you switch on the powertools. Serioisly abused mine for years and its still sucks hard
