I think you should add 1 day family of 4 ticket, pass to me implies multiple entry but that could just be me. Heat added though as it is a good deal although they do a family of 4 ticket for £80 if you don't want the food and drink.

Can i just say thanks for the non confrontational way you replied a rarity these days on hukd most people start arguing!
Just in case you love standing in the queue buy day pass, if you want to go thru all rides buy season pass, else save your hard earned cash and do something else (I don't know, but some1 else here will advise) the q of cars starts before you enter the park which might take half an hour to an hour with your little ones desperate for loo. Better avoid all the hassle!

My cousin just went 2 weeks ago with 3 little ones and she only had good things to say about it. May be you just went on a very busy day.
