rads from £14.99

Thank you op, heat added

I guess they're ok for free so will give it some heat. Wouldn't supply these for my customers with the problems I have going back to them. Pegler TRVs are much better quality in my opinion.

I took advantage of this offer a few months ago when i installed a new heating system, i was originally worried that they would look cheap if they were free with the rads but they look very smart and seem to work well at the moment

Would you recommend any of the screwfix radiators?

Anyone recommend any good vertical rads? That don't cost the earth and can actually give proper heat.

This should be in the freebies section.

You have to buy the radiator though!!!!

acova column rads are good value and look good (to our eyes). Fitted them at our old house and current house

Where did you get them from? I keep on getting told that nothing beats the traditional convector rads. That's fine for some rooms in my house but a few rooms I need vertical. But I want them to give heat and not just be a fashion statement.

Yes, but the rads aren't part of the deal really. They're not marked down in price.

The Rads aren't part of the deal ? How do you work that one out ?

If you decide not to buy a radiator then you will not get your freebie valve so a purchase is required to get your free valve.

It really isn't that difficult to understand is it. lol

I can see your argument in that the radiators are full price (hence not a deal in itself) and upon purchase you get a free valve but using this logic every single buy 1 get 1 free offer would be in freebies , given that the 1 you buy is at full price and the 2nd 1 is free , no ?
I am sure you agree that would send HUKD into complete chaos , lol

BOGOF means a 50% reduction. Do you understand that?

I could get a free android app. Should I put it in the freebies section or the deal section with the caveat that I have to buy a device at full price first?

Please just get a life. This deal has helped me out. I don't look in freebies section.

What you on? There are reduced rads see link in comment 1 that's life. (_;)

@Enigma @Hotcakes I bought mine earlier this year from Cheapsuites to be honest I can't comment too much about how they compare with traditional radiators as we haven't really needed to put them on so far this year. However saying that we've had them on once or twice to test them and they seemed to be great. You could definitely feel the heat when walking past them.

Now I don't know in terms of quality how they match up with the more expensive brand ones, but how different could they really be? Mine certainly look the part and I personally can't fault them in any way whatsoever. I saw Radiators that looked similar for double almost triple the price I paid.

Cheapsuites have a good rating on trustpilot and I also got cashback using Quidco.

Just had a quick look and they currently have 10% off everything while the Football is on. Quidco also have 4% off. I know you're not meant to use quidco if you're using another code but it worked for me when I ordered.

They have a clearance section and I think I bought about 3 of mine from there: http://www.cheapsuites.co.uk/Clearance/ca7979.html

The rest were just bought from their regular priced items but they were still very decently priced.

I think (s)he was trying to talk to me to be fair. Not only does (s)he not know how to look in the freebies section, but (s)he is also apparently challenged in the use of the reply function. X)

Anyone else heard of cheapsuites as the prices are really cheap. not sure if its a scam of some sort. seriously can't believe some of the prices.

thx a lot

These TRVs are not free, they are just included in Screwfix's inflated prices.
When they don't run this offer they run a different offer on radiators , the prices are permanently marked up to cover the offers.

Try
https://www.mrcentralheating.co.uk/radiators
or Ebay for much better prices.

for example 600 x 1000 single panel
£45.07 at screwfix , £30.00 at mr central heating
