Dreamboats and Petticoats tickets - about this event
Inspired by the smash hit million plus selling albums Dreamboats and Petticoats - which rocketed to the top of the charts within the first week of its release in November 2008 - and Dreamboats and Petticoats 2, comes a brand new musical featuring some of the greatest hit songs of the rock n roll era.

Written by Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran, the team behind Goodnight Sweetheart, Birds of a Feather, The New Statesmen and Shine On Harvey Moon, this spectacular new feel-good production will give you the greatest time of your life taking you back to a time when each passing week brought another classic track.

In 1961 emotions run high as talented young musicians Norman and Bobby compete to win a national song writing competition and, more importantly, the attention of the gorgeous Sue! But when Bobby discovers that shy Laura is no slouch on the piano, love and rock n roll fame beckons

Roy Orbison, The Shadows, Eddie Cochran, Billy Fury, and many more, including Lets Dance, To Know Him Is To Love Him, Shaking All Over, Bobbys Girl, Three Steps To Heaven, Little Town Flirt, Only Sixteen, Runaround Sue, Happy Birthday Sweet 16, Let It Be Me, Great Pretender, Cmon Everybody, Lets Twist Again and many more hits from musics golden era!

We went to see this on one of the last minute.com promotions with a meal. Great show if you like all of the popular 60's music. We're not kids of the 60's but the music is so well known most people will love it. We had upper circle seats but got upgraded to the front row of the circle. It seems that they infill the lower levels so you might get lucky and get a top price seat for £10. Either way it'll still be worth the money.

Wish it was this price for Liverpool Empire but for 2 tickets there it is £69
