Looking for a present for the always cold MIL and came across this - quite tempted to get one for myself too for the 3am feeds!
Argos seem to be selling it for £49.99 and Amazon have them for £39.99 but they are on offer for £35.99 delivered as part of the Coop on eBay save 20% offer on selected heating offer.
It has 6 heat settings and heats up in 5 minutes using the fast pre-heat button. Also has a timer between 1-9 hours and a safety shut off. Can cost less than 1p to run per 7 hours use as it's only 150w max so ideal if you are in on your own and don't want to turn the heating on for the whole house. You can also bung it in the washing machine too and being fleece, shouldn't take long to dry and is also tumble dryable (If that's even a word?!) Decent reviews too.
Size is 150cm x 90cm - lap / one person sized

1. If this is the one I bought, it's too small.
2. I would only ever buy something like this from Lakeland. Yes you might pay more but when (not if) it breaks you can return it, warranty or not. They have the best returns on the high street. These things break often.

I have used mine every day of autumn and winter for two years, it has not broken.

I agree it would be nicer if it were a little wider, but covers me fine if my legs aren't bent.

Mine didn't last a winter. This is the one I got, its not big enough to curl up with.

I've got the faux fur version. £100 but saved that easily on heating and it's so toasty snuggled on the sofa with my dog. Definitely get a larger one. Lots of brands make these now so you can get larger for the same price.
