  • Dry Sack Solera Especial 15 Years Old Sweet Old Oloroso
A seductive amber sherry with aromas of roasted nuts, vanilla pods, dried figs, spices and candied fruits. In the mouth it is concentrated and luscious, with a deep raisiny richness and a long finish wrapped in smooth oak.

About this bottle: This wine is a special blend of two Sherries- a complex dry Oloroso and a smaller portion of sweet Pedro Ximenez made from sun-dried grapes. Both wines were aged for 15 years in large American oak casks separately in southwest Spain’s unique Solera system, with the Oloroso from Criaderas and the PX from Solera. When ready, the wines were blended by winemaker Paola Medina to create this rich and complex wine.
Grape Variety: Palomino, Pedro Ximenez
Country of origin: Spain
Region: Jerez
