Wow! Saw DS Lite Deluxe Accessory Packs in my local Home Bargains (Newtownabbey) for 99p, bought 10 of them - there are plenty left! These are the full accessory packs which include wall charger, travel battery & car charger! Not to be confused with the lesser packs!
I found the same pack on Amazon for £9.75
amazon.co.uk/DS-…WW2
The Amazon white version is cheaper @ £5.99
amazon.co.uk/DS-…kit
(You know I was in there on the hunt for Ferrero Rocher- which are still oos there!)

good deal

Wow, you bought 10, you must have a lot of kids. Either that or you want to deprive others of the same bargain.

Lol my thoughts too.

Good deal so hopefully can pick one up when next in HB.

These things are worth so little that trying to sell them probably earns you less money per hour than a minimum wage job

I'm amazed that people will trust their house and home and family to a 99p mains charger. Whilst cheap old-style, transformer-based, power supplies weren't too much of a risk, because of the separation between the mains and output circuitry - on a tiny switch-mode power supply like these, both circuits are very close to each other on the same printed circuit board. Better-designed units tend to have a gap cut in the board between these circuits *and* an onboard fuse, making it more difficult for a fault to track across and more likely to clear the fault quickly, if it does. The cheapest units have neither - plugged directly into a wall socket, it can *try* to give out the same heat as a dozen fan heaters, in the event of a fault. If you really must use cheap power supplies, I suggest that you only use them plugged into a *fused* adapter, or extension lead, fused at 3A, no more. That could make the difference between an ex-charger and an ex-house. Note that an RCD provides *no* protection in these types of faults, as the excess current is all flowing between line and neutral and there is no current imbalance to operate an RCD, Better, just don't buy them...

Grrrrrrrrrrr - Point one - this is HotUKdeals, Point two - have you personally tested these PSUs? Obviously not, as these ones are "transformer-based" (which arguably are more of a risk as there is more to burn). Point three, do you even know what the fuse in an extension lead is for? Finally what is the purpose of your post? It adds nothing of value, serves to confuse and highlights your lack of the fundamentals....
Please provide real world evidence of a house that that has burnt down as a direct result of one of these units....

I think home bargains always have these. I bought one about 2 years ago for the same price

Will this work with a ds i?

xdell_x - Most of it will, however the power connector is different on a DSi and the 3 power things won't physically fit...
