grey import, so no warranty and a nightmare to return if anything goes wrong.

Also not even as cheap as it was a few weeks ago from official UK stockists.

Who was stocking these under £500? been keeping an eye out and not seen these that cheap.
Great camera. I was lucky to get it with the John Lewis deal. £444 after Canon cashback and a 2 year warranty.

There was £85 cashback last month, along with £85 off.

John Lewis messed up on the last day and gave an extra £85 off

It wasn't even "bring in a camera", it was "bring in a camera or piece of camera equipment", so some of us were contemplating giving them an old filter if they insisted

The deal with double canon discount has finished now. The part exchange offer where you could get it for £440 only lasted 24 hours. They realized their mistake.
