Not sure if everyone is aware of this, you don't need to bank with Natwest or RBS to use these benefits. You can open a single or joint Select Platinum Account with Natwest or RBS and use it just for the benefits. The joint holder can even be a friend.

For £16 per month you get:

- Worldwide Family Travel Insurance
Covers you and your family for unlimited trips up to 31 days anywhere in the world (including winter sports).

-Mobile Phone Insurance
Covers your mobile against loss, theft, accidental or malicious damage and breakdown – anywhere in the world - of an unlimited retail value (excluding embellishments) of the handset.
Note: This is supported by the carphone warehouse, not the old company which everyone hated.

-UK Car Breakdown Cover
Emergency assistance through Green Flag. Cover includes all cars owned by the account holders.

-TasteCard. I.E. 2 for 1 meals / 50% off food bills Worth about £75

- 2 x National Trust Days Out vouchers

sorry, that's terrible value.

Even if you wanted ALL of the above you could get them separately cheaper, and who really needs all of the above.

Nationwide cover up to 5 gadgets, european breakdown, worldwide travel insurance, 1 year extended warranty on purchase and identity theft cover for £10 per month.

I've got a packaged account with Co-Op bank. IIRC it's £10 per month. I got it for the phone & gadget insurance:

It covers 4 phones - so that's 2 iphones, a galaxy note &Bberry covered (£50 excess iirc)

& upto £1000 of gadgets - so that's 2 iPad 4th gens covered

Worldwide family travel insurance

Worth it for me I worked out

misleading - £16 A MONTH , not annually!

Not sure about the mobile cover, It's not gadget insurance anymore only mobile, Natwest's is via Car Phone Warehouse, so you can get your new phone delivered or pick it up from store.

Breakdown is via Britannia Rescue vs Natwest Green Flag, which it better?

I think I will have you use this website: Link
