Lose one USB port over yesterday’s offer but get QC3.0 which should keep the QuickCharge brigade happy (I can honestly say I’ve never missed that). Good find!
Cheers. Was thinking of buying this yesterday with a 'measly' £4.20 discount. Glad I waited.

Also picked up the 3 port charger from yesterday. Didn't allow both discount codes so 2 separate orders with £1 no rush credit each. Can't complain!

Have you ever tried it (assuming you have a compatible device that is)?

I didn’t think it was all that important over ‘normal’ 2.4A chargers until I tried it, and now I wouldn’t want to charge any other way. My phone charges about 3 times faster from a QC3 port and it’s really handy getting 50% battery from just a few minutes charging!
Nice one op, perfect timing 😊 I just bought a wireless fast charger and needed a fast charge plug as my Samsung one just stop working.
bought two qi chargers by ravpower both worked initially. One died after 3 days the other is going strong..
Thanks for posting. Ordered.
Thank you for the info, ordered with the discount code.

The code worked and I needed it badly, phone and tablet liked after, cheers good find

Yes I have plenty of QC3.0 supported devices. But I am never that impatient or in a rush that I’ve needed it. I have some of the QC3.0 Lumsing single port chargers but almost always grab the Anker 4-port as it’s so much more convenient if going out and then I have a power bank of some sort on me just in case. It’s my personal preference that’s all. Though part of it is also premature wear on the battery - I know that it’s hard to quantify but it’s always been a consideration anyway.

Obviously. Thanks for your insight. Perhaps I’m just not really impatient or ever need to recharge my phone in a rush. Then again maybe I’m lying so people like you can call me out.

Maybe my comment was a little dismissive and value laden. It's just that with all the benefits of a modern smartphone, I simply cannot think of one feature or mod-con that sticks out more than Fast charging. I do class myself as a power user though, and sometimes have to top my phone off once or twice a day, even though I have a new 3000mah battery, and run my phone pretty lean in features when I'm out of the house. I also use my phone in the morning before leaving the house, and then top it back up quickly before going out. Or I can quickly give it a quick refill if I forgot to charge it the night before. It's a must for me, but thinking about it, if you're not on your phone all the time and can last a full day, it's probably less important in fairness.
Thanks.

Thank you for having the decency to come back - many wouldn’t.

I use the ‘faster’ charging, so 2A not 1A chargers but I have never been in such a rush and never been caught out (touch wood), maybe one day that’ll change now I’ve said it. I have phones with QuickCharge but I do believe there is a small trade-off in total battery life with rapid charging, the cells heating up and cooling isn’t good for them, maybe this is unwarranted but I don’t think battery tech has advanced that far to prevent this and if it reduces my usable life from say 500 to 400 charges over the lifespan of the device (while it’s hard to quantify) I’d rather not bother. Maybe I just haven’t used it enough, it’s hard to say. I also carry two phones normally for work and personal so there’s normally something I can do on one or the other.

Had a rav power charging bank, sent it back as it was a load of rubbish. Took twice as long to charge and recharge!! Buy syncwire stuff instead.

Well, I looked at my comment after you replied and realised it was a bit ignorant of me, and I look more of a fool if I don't own up to it as I see it . I've read academic articles on thermal degradation of cellphone batteries, and from personal experience, it's definitely a battery killer. However, I've noticed only a small amount of extra heat from Fast charging on my Samsung, so I haven't been too concerned about it. Although I admit it probably does promote higher wear rate in the battery. There was quite a lot of talk about this on the forums when the technology first came around, and there's probably some trade off for it like everything else in life. Fast wireless chargers definitely cause a higher level of excess heat, which is why I don't use those. But I think it's fair to say I'm part of the 'QuickCharge brigade'
Thanks Bully. I think non-Prime rice still £13.99 though.
