Ordered!

Not bad, thanks

Nice deal if you're after PS+ (or a top-up even)

Thanks bought

thanks

I'd assume ps3 controllers are going to drop in price soon anyway, plus an influx of used ones. I'm going to pick up a few cheap ones that way I think.

Thank you everyone for the replie, hadn't caught up with E3 yet

OP you don't mean PSN, you mean PS+.

This hasn't been answered yet to my knowledge:

If I buy a PS Plus subscription (such as this) can I keep it (not activate it) to use when I get my PS4? Or is there an expiry date on the code you use?

Well recently I sold one 90 days PS Plus and it did say redeem by 31/12/2015 so you can redeem it when the PS4 comes out.

Dualshock 2 is for the PS2 only, if you own a PS3 you either have the early model Six-Axis controller with nor rumble or the later model with rumble called the Dualshock 3.

PS4 is called the Dualshock 4, I don't think it's any better just the name at the end to differentiate between console versions.

Actually the Dualshock 4 is better, with more physical features than DS3.

I meant the Dualshock features themselves, I know about the improvements with the buttons, analogue sticks, triggers, the reduced latency and the new touchpad, but not sure if the rumble has been improved, or even how it can be improved.

ordered cheaper than the controller on its own and another 90 days added to my PS+ also knowing how my other controllers are kinda worn out must get.

Anyone know why PS controllers are so expensive at the side of the xbox? Even if you ignore the fact there shoddily built with crap triggers there way overpriced.

I still have a launch 360 control, it's cream crackered but useable, even my day to day controller lasts at least 18months yet my DS3's etc etc all feel crap within months.

I dont know ... maybe price fixing my sony... though the dualshock 3 does have an inbuilt rechargeable li-ion battery, we have to buy a play and charge type on xbox (i prefer regular rechargeable batterys now though) and i think the motion sensor (six-axis) part made them quite expensive initially... but yeah.. i HATE the PS3 triggers tompared to my xbox pads..
I have had 2 xbox pads fail on me in the 7 or so years (thumbsticks) but... i do use my 360 a LOT more than the Ps3... so dont read too much into that

You love Amazon because they are selling the PS4 for standard RRP, you a bit dim?

heat added and ordered as i regularly smash pads up cos i have a temper problem lol

Brilliant deal, considering that recently only Sainsburys had that £10 off voucher (expired now), to make the price of the controller alone £29.99.

Add in the fact that PS+ is £12~ on Amazon, and this actually becomes a bit of a bargain.

Apparently however, some of the replicas (the one with P3 in the middle instead of the PS logo), are actually pretty decent, and have good reviews for £12. I'd be up for risking it if this deal hadn't come along.

Hot, and ordered this deal

Hot hot! Ordered.

I bought a playstation last Sunday from my local car boot but I am having trouble getting it onto my wi-fi network.
Does anyone know what the problem might be? It is the grey coloured one if that helps. Cheers guys.

Why can't they make a ps3 controller that is as "chunky/heavy" as the xbox one.... I prefer the xbox controller by far and it's one of the main reasons I bought an xbox - I prefer its controller - makes gaming a better experience for me...

Hopefully the PS4 controller will go some way to rectifying this..... but no doubt it won't work on the PS3 though...

A simple "Yes" would have sufficed not all of us drool over HUKD 24/7

No, it isn't. The premium service to which this voucher permits access is and has always been called Playstation Plus (PS+). It even says on the Amazon page and on the box.

The greater Playstation network itself is, of course, called PSN. That, however, is free to all and somewhat irrelevant to this deal.

How is it not working? What is the error message when you try to connect to wifi?

Obviously not, if "oldskool player" is synonymous with "severely confused". oO
