I'm after a very good bathroom (and kitchen) paint. Can anyone please recommend me one, based on experience?

I did a lot of research and asking around and I ended up using normal Dulux.

Dulux offered good coverage and I haven't had any problems with it in the kitchen. I think you pay unnecessary extra for the Kitchen / bathroom version.

I was told to stay away from Farrow & Ball due to it not covering well and being so expensive.

I think for the most part, paint is paint and it's all about the preparation to ensure you get a solid and durable finish.

Make sure you clean in sugar soap, especially in the kitchen as there will be a lot of greese.

If there is a certain colour you want they can mix you that colour aswell.
Just bought three tins of Egyptian cotton on the easycare. Not sure if store specific but got 10% off for spending over £50 too so all in all a goid deal. Thanks for posting but I already took advantage of it!

For bathroom, just use standard dulux, same as comment above

For Kitchen, best I found was Crown paint mixed with an additional 10-15% PVA glue - you can use normal dulux. Just make sure you mix it well, it goes on the wall slightly sticky and thick, once dried it provides a srubbable wall surface ideal for the kitchen. It is cheaper and much more durable than the specialist paint

Great advice. Thank you! For bathroom, I am most concerned about hiw to avoid a mould friendly environment.
