Might paint the lawn for the kids this xmas for that price.. pretend it's snowed.. x

Thanks op
Coloured water.. noticeable that its not branded dulux VINYL matt, just plain non wipeable matt. Fine if you like fingertips marks etc A better option would be to buy johnstones TRADE VINYL matt, Macphersons or Armstead VINYL matt paints, walls, CONTRACT emulsion for ceilings at £17inc vat a 10 litre tub, goes for miles and miles, these will cover better, save you a coat or 2 probably and VINYL will wipe 100 times better than this dulux retail mush. Check out the various decor merchants for deals, as l tell customers day in day out if this type of paint was any good you would see large Qs of painters in b and q, homebase and not the painters merchants every morning!!

Might need 2 coats
Never skimp on paint. Its a pain in the arse job, and for £10 more you can get vinyl matt that can be wiped. Never use a simple matt in bathroom or kitchen as the water ruins it.

Leyland is much better . Dulux used to be good but is now close to milk. Leyland paint will give you a good finish with 2 coats as posed to at least 4 or more with dulux depending on Base material.
Recently tried screw fix white matt emulsion. Better than them all.

Leyland is definitely the best by far .
We used Leyland on fresh plaster. Well a few days dry. Two coats still looks great after 3 years
What/wich paint should I use for baby's room?

On fresh plaster, lelyand do a special paint. More expensive but we got on offer. If reducing costs is aim then can use that on painted. It's thick.

Just a matt and a soft sheen / vinyl for skirting to give a slightly glossy look. Johnstones is great brand, and can be picked up at B&M.
