Great first deal Donnyboy

Welcome to hukd

Oh and if anyone says this paint deal is rubbish just brush it off
I am a professional painter and decorator. I find Dulux very good paint and the Dulux trade is better but alot more money. Standard Dulux is better than all wilko,b&q,wicks etc paint. Dulux covers better. A little tip. Always thin paint down with water. It goes on better with no brush marks and leaves less nap in the finish
What an amazing coincidence that all the 5 litre ones are out of stock when this offer goes on.
Good price for regular paint but buy a trade paint and your money will go a lot further and you wont be painting for as long

Sorry what is the different between trade one and this? I am very new to different paint grades. Thanks
Does anyone know if this offer is available in store if I just turn up? Or do I need to place an order online for collection?
Great deal, but can only add a max of 2 for each colour

Have a look on in your area for a professional paint shop and they will sell what you need. I think Wickes & B&Q may also stock trade paints but local professional shops tend to be better for cost and advice. I'm no professional but just finished decorating the whole of my house so learned a few tips along the way and this is by far one of the better cost saving ones.

What you recommend..

Screw fix
Been painting my new first home and had to paint from top to bottom so have learnt more than I can believe. Get yourself a cutting in brush, they are worth their weight in gold. Frogtape was ok but left a lot of work to still fix so suggest just getting a cutting in brush, screwfix sell for £2.39 or there abouts. Trade paints are great but very limited colours. This offer is incredible as £20 for 5L from B&Q was the best you could get.
Can confirm in-store too, just bought a 2.5l tin and a 5l tin, both 50% off !!! Heat heat heat !
Ordered a fair whack. Thanks for sharing
Anyone know how long paint lasts for. Will be doing painting later this year but having some work done first?
This is boiling! Thanks OP.
Good spot thanks for posting
Just got loads in store all 50% off although had full price marked and no sale sign.

Great price but after deciding to order for the house refurb you can only have 2 cans of each colour. Rubbish!
Always buy trade paint. Much thicker and higher opacity, so you need less coats and do less work. Brill!
Ordered thanks!
Great deal thank you 😁 Hot!!

And for those saying better off buying trade paint etc. We've just used Denim Drift and Sapphire Salute and you could easily get away with 1 coat. It's so pigmented. No different to the diamond trade paint we paid £60 for!
