Picked these up last night in store, both AA & AAA available.

A pack of 4 is £3.99 but they come with 4 free - Saving £2.57 per pack if you were to buy the retail 8 pack.

*** However you can buy 2 packs for £5! ***

So not only is that a saving of £2.98 for these special packs but you are actually saving £7.94 if you were to buy two 8 packs (normally £6.47)

No idea how long it is on for but they had big cardboard stands dotted around the store. (and normal priced batteries & packs at the usuall bit so watch out)

{Cant find a pic of the free pack}

Now I'm an Aldi fan but I bet that these have fairly low mAh. I might be wrong.
I've found that the best place for rechargables is 7Dayshop. They have a very wide selection and prices are very competitive. Brilliant service - used them for years.

I actually went looking for rechargeables as I had 2 AAA but needed 4 for the Wii sensor bar.

Sainsuburys does not appear to sell any unless in a pack with a charger which I didnt need. :whistling:

For £5 getting 16 bateries is roughly 32p per battery.
For 30p per battery you can get duracell M3 ultra at 7dayshop
