Just bought a metal dustbin style incinerator from home bargains. Thought it excellant for the up coming festive holiday waste. I know it has been posted as low as £10 in asda a while back, I have not seen them at lower price than this deal.

...For use of landfill waste and wrapping paper that is no good for recycling ie; with any sparkle, plastic ect:

nice find op, heat added

Or put it in your bin and recover energy from it if your waste feeds an energy from waste plant.

I've been mixing spent wrapping paper in with casseroles for years.
No one has ever noticed.

Curse of our street, neighbour has caged birds as a hobby and burns the sawdust he uses in the cages, smells awful and burns for days.

You don't really recycle diseased leaves ... Sometimes things need to be burnt. Of course, recycling is a good practice, but sometimes high temperature or pressure might be needed to get rid of bugs..

I cut back all the large shrubs in our garden, our local council don't collect garden waste at this time of year and I didn't fancy taking about 50 trips to the tip in our car so burning was the only remaining option.
