Product Description Zack Snyder directs this action adventure feature, produced by Christopher Nolan and based on the DC Comics hero. After being sent to Earth by his parents to prevent him from dying in the destruction of his home planet Krypton, an infant boy is taken in by Kansas farmer Jonathan Kent (Kevin Costner) and his wife Martha (Diane Lane), who name the child Clark. Growing up Clark (Cooper Timberline/Dylan Sprayberry) begins to discover the true potential of the superpowers he possesses but with this comes a sense of responsibility. In his 20s Clark (Henry Cavill) gets a job as a newspaper reporter at 'The Daily Planet' where he meets and later becomes romantically involved with colleague Lois Lane (Amy Adams). When an evil force threatens the Earth and its inhabitants, Clark resumes his true identity as a superhero and fights to save the planet. Michael Shannon, Russell Crowe and Laurence Fishburne co-star.

Really? I don't say this because I'm the poster, but I thought it was ok, I certainly think £2.99 with UV code is a good price.

Bargain and brilliant film

Good price, horrible film

this was a great film. Ridiculously great price for it too.

No, hated it. Turned it off before the end.

I suppose if you enjoy watching people throw each other though buildings for an hour and half, it's a good deal.

I thought it was pretty dull.

I misread it too. Gotta remember to filter out "DVD"...
Not having seen it; if I was to watch it at all (:p) does the 3D version improve on the standard one? Camera shake in 3D? oO
And look at that rrp. Who in their right mind would pay £20+ for a DVD???

A good deal if you like your boxsets with no discs!

Nice price, but truly awful film. I watched it on Sky recently and switched it off half-way through...

This is the scampi and salad of superhero films. So bland.

Follow the link and this is the code for the UV code off a blu ray on eBay; NOT the blu ray.

I've voted hot. However you could spend £17.01 more, get the Now TV deal from Argos, watch this and see many more films

In a whole year your contribution to everyone is 31 comments, well done. *velcro clap*

Yes you wouldn't own this marmite film, which I thought was ok but you would have a piece of hardware with much more use and access to many more films for 5 months.

You will notice I didn't slate the deal, I even voted it hot. We can all mention alternatives to deals, even Buzz stated he thought a Now TV box was acceptable quality, so not a completely useless suggestion then.

Didn't realise contributions were measured by their volume. My bad.

Just gets boring when every film deal is followed by the obligatory "you can get it on netflix/blinkbox/nowtv". They're not comparable. One you own a physical product. The others you don't.
