Just been to Tesco (Gorton, Manchester) and they have new stock of Dyson DC14 Allergy Upright's for £139.97, they had 12 near the front door when I bought one and another guy bought two,

I missed out on the Asda DC14 deal and the allergy has a better spec and its £234 on Amazon.

I think its Instore only and have no idea about availabilty at other stores.

Why not just get Dyson to re-furbish it, for about £70 they will replace everything that is worn out....good as new :-)

£65.
My dc14 is almost as good as new now, bar the scratches on the chasis.
However, this deal is a very good price as I paid about £200 for this 4 years ago.

Very tempted to get this, I have the Dyson baby ball and I really dont like it :-(

I assume this is for a DC14 though and not a DC14 Allergy as the cheapest I can find the Allergy is £234 at Amazon and its a amazingly expensive £309 at littlewoods!!!

Gets great all 5* reviews on Amazon, will pop into my local Tesco's tomorrow my DC01 is getting a bit hammered now!

This is a great deal, only for the snow Id go now as I live just outside Stockport so might try that branch first, whats the roads like in Gorton OP?

The Asda deal was for a DC14 and not the DC14 Allergy (which is more expensive),
Maybe you could ring Stockport first?
The roads are pretty bad around Gorton at the moment although you access the Gorton Store straight off Hyde Road and that is okay and well gritted, the Car Park is very Icy though, I carried mine around 3 miles home as it is surprisingly very light, easy to carry and well packed.

tesco online only shows the dyson origin at this price not the allergy as pictured , also out of stock anyways

Probably more on the dyson website but it states:
'And if you have a delicate rug or polished floor you want to keep scratch-free, the brush control turns off the brush bar for peace of mind and stress-free cleaning.'

no, it isn't recommended for ocean floors or pelvic floors.

How is it different to the origin? I have the origin, new in its box still so could swap it for one of these?

Great price. In the summer we got a DC14 Allfloors from Argos for £150 when the £50 gift card was considered and it really is excellent. It replaced an 11 year old DC01 that had had lived through some extremely hard (ab)use - I love the fact that you can easily replace almost any part of a Dyson, even the very old models like the DC01.

As good as the DC01 was, the newer models like this are much better.

This can't be any good Dyson himself said anything without a "ball" is rubbish.

I must admit it he sound a little bit like Gerald Ratner in those ads! :whistling:

Hi which Tesco did people find these thanks

Great deal! Unfortunately nowhere near me seems to have one in stock. Tesco customer services checked stock in the 4 nearest stores to me but they are all showing as 0.

Has anyone managed to find one in a store remotely close to Derby?

pick one up from beckton, last one left!

With staff discount, £126, bargain!!

Have sum heat

Great find ...... heat added.:)

If only Tesco could do a search of more than the three stores nearest your postcode. I always wonder why they cannot do a national, search as I would travel a distance, within reason, to get one of these.

cant find these anywhere surely must be expired.
