Still looking for a replacement for my 15 year old DC02

This looks good like the best deal at present especially if you have dogs and cats

Seems odd to me that someone with pets would buy ANY sort of cylinder cleaner in the first place if they have carpets, and just go ahead with the upright models in the first place!

Have a look at this first, lots of people on here have bought these, they are reconditioned, but I have had two and they look as good as new.
A bargain at £69.95 delivered and you have the benefits of it being an upright or cylinder cyleaner.
They are dearer than they used to be but still a massive saving on the £149.00 they charge for a new one

I couldn't use a cylinder vac with my zoo at home - My DC07 Animal is still rocking, and when it fails I'll pay the £60 for the dyson engineer to fix it with 12m warranty...

I have two small dogs, and even at that level, a Cylinder isn't up to the job, WHOEVER makes it!

Wood floors downstairs, carpets up (like quite a few people). Pets not allowed in bedrooms (again like a lot of people)

Not that odd - if you give it a little thought
