  • Product Description

  • Dyson DC28c Musclehead (2015) full-size Dyson Ball cylinder vacuum cleaner for every floor type

  • DC28c Musclehead (2015) is a full-size Dyson cylinder vacuum with Ball technology. It turns on the spot and more easily follows the user's path. A central steering mechanism provides greater control.

  • Dyson cyclones remove more dirt than any other cyclone. DC28c Musclehead (2015) has Radial Root Cyclone technology with airways which have been modeled to maximise suction power.

  • It is designed for high dust and dirt removal on every floor type - not just carpet, and the Dual mode floor tool switches between hard floors and carpets with the push of a button, whilst the Musclehead tool automatically adjusts to different floor types. There's also a lightweight adjustable wand that extends to the length you need for convenient high-reach cleaning.

  • No bag. No loss of suction. No more awkward moves.

Key features:

  • Radial Root Cyclone technology - maximises suction power.
  • Ball technology - turns on the spot.
  • Dual mode floor tool - removes dust and dirt from every floor type.
  • Musclehead tool - automatically adjusts to different floor types.
  • Captures allergens, expels cleaner air.
  • Quick and hygienic bin emptying.
  • On-board Combination and Stair tools.
  • No extra costs - no replacement bags or filters to buy.

Seems like a very good price. One thing I would add, I've ordered a few appliances from co-op electrical recently and the service has been absolutely fantastic!!

That's exactly why I thought, we got a rather meaty Bosch one I bought whilst living in Austria a couple of years ago and though it's a blinding vacuum cleaner the missus is always moaning about it's weight when she does the stairs but I don't think this is going to be a lighter weight option.

Great deal though so heat from the Chas regardless
If I hadn't just bought another Miele vacuum, I'd have gone for this, Chanci - cracking find!
Trivial fact of the day for you...Did you know, Miele is actually pronounced Meila (as in Sheila)?

I'll get my coat, shall I?

So true, Summer. Love my Mieles (or Meila's, as I found out today). Do hope you're keeping well.

We got a Miele washing machine too, quality gear
This isn't an amazing deal. Better deals even cheaper within the last month for newer models. The DC54 animal regularly drops to about this price. DC28 is old tech.

They're the same unit apart from the floor tool and accessories.

This (dc28c) comes with the musclehead which is a bit jack of all trade, master of none.

Dc39 animal comes with the motorised floor tool so great for carpets & dealing with pet hair.... sometimes also comes with the hard floor tool.

Dc39 multifloor is good for hard floor & low pile carpets. Not so good on deep pile or for pet hair.
Great post chanchi

I don't do it properly so she'd rather I didn't, I'm not your stereotypical neanderthal male who won't do stuff round the house as I like to think I'm half handy at housework to be honest but ironing and hoovering are not my best subjects

I gathered that but still I like to do my bit to prove that even angry dinosaurs like me can embrace some modern man traits
I find my current vax heavy manoeuvring on the stairs and its less than half of this Dyson's weight

Would love one but just can't.
Excellent find Chanchi. Thank you.
best one for mostly hardwood floors and 1 dog?
Got, thanks for this! Free delivery next Tuesday (ie three days).

Useful info
TCB is 1% (£1.45p) as a voucher code is used.
Checked Santander and Nationwide card offers, but nothing there for Co-Op electrical. No NUS discount either.
However, if you use your Co-Op members card you will have option to use any Membership Reward money you have sitting in your account. In my case that was only £1.79, but every little helps!
Is the 5 year guarantee extra?
FYI: Still available at 26Sep though gone up £10 and the £15 off code still works - ie down to £154.99, before any membership credit you want to apply to purchase.

Finally just to confirm - does come with 5 year Dyson guarantee - confirmed on the box, on paperwork, and online when you register a dyson.co.uk account and register serial number online.
