Ordered a refurb for my sister, it was brand new, she found it heavy to use, it was collected & refunded quickly.
I think you should edit your post to make clear that this is a refurb. Dyson refurbs are normally pretty good but still important to make clear.
What's the difference between the muscle head and multi floor. They appear to be the same to me or am I missing something?
I think the co op one was better deal brand new with 5 year guarantee for £145
Not very impressive here...

To be fair, the guy is trying to vac up pet hair from a carpet using a non pet hair brush. Any vacuum will fail miserably at that.

It's a standard test that he as well as most other reviewers use to determine how effective the vacuum is at picking up pet hair something all cylinder dysons fail at. A powered motor brush head is more effective and some cylinders have started to use them. These are even worse than their more popular upright model the DC40.

All Dyson cylinders fail at picking up pet hair? The ones I've used with pet hair brushes certainly didn't...

I'm on about the actual brush head not a tangle free tool which normally costs £40 extra and isn't good for using on a full floor.

My dyson is an older upright animal version and tackles hair perfect

I know you were. I've used multiple Dyson cylinders, all of which have been perfect at picking up pet hair when used with a pet floor tool.
