Went to Aldi today and saw the DC47 Multi Floor model in Wolverhampton (Birmingham New Road). Had to buy at this price

5 Year Guarantee includes Parts and labour

Looks to be in most stores over uk sporadically.

Had these in Wickford, Essex about 2 weeks ago.

might just be worthwhile perusing localised stores at this price

They've had these in my local( exeter) for a couple of weeks now

It's National but not all stores have the same stock on the same week so it's a bit hit and miss. If you ask the manager they can probably tell you when they will have it tho.

Not really much of a deal to me.

I can buy a dyson Animal Cinetic DC54 for £150.

But I still wonder if it is worth it, aren't Dysons just fancy marketing, I mean it's just a vacuum cleaner, not a space ship, all it has to do is suck up dirt.

Hmm, you say that... I bought a new VAX a couple of months ago and it can't suck up dirt. In fact the only thing it can do is damage your eardrums...!

I wouldn't go searching for these. Most stock sold on the day they were out 2 weeks ago.

our Vax is quiet and does a great job (and I'm picky...)

They always have a dyson 5 year guarantee, dyson have the best warranty in the industry

If its true then why don't you post it as a deal seeing as you've never posted one?

Have you got a link? Our Dyson animal is ancient and stopped cleaning hair up properly a while ago. I don't fancy spending £300 on one.

£200 inc 5 years warranty = £40 a clean with the regularity of my cleaning - is that good value ?

It's a Hoover to impress your friends with, just like your leased Audi / BMW on the drive, and designer clothes made in a sweatshop.

Im loving my Panasonic Eco Max MCUL424 from beales at £40 plus 6yr warranty.. Bargain with cashback

I'm presuming you get this on the staff discount deal?

Ooh I'd love a cinetic. I've had about 5 dysons over the years, didn't much like the cylinder type one, it's been in my shed for ages, couldn't even give it away!!

The only way you can get the dc54 for £150 is through the currys/PC world staff offer. 1 per colleague so although it's true it's completely pointless mentioning it here unless he knows loads of staff willing to let HUKD members have them

Me too can you tell us pls where this is

Thanks

Sorry guys should have mentioned it's via a staff deal for me at work.

There is 1 DC47 in the Station Retail park, Reading, it may help if someone is in the area.

arent dyson doing the 'trade your old dyson or any hoover for a brand new dyson with upto £100 off'? saw it at tesco & argos websites.... damn shouldve posted it as a new deal, mightve got hot hit hot :-)))))

Mine does that while falling over and smelling like it's overheating all the time.

Clean it out (including inside the cyclone assembly), replace both of the filters with new ones (yes, even if it says they are "washable") and it'll work like new. Dysons are ridiculously easy to take apart, clean, replace any damaged hoses etc and then put back together.

There are guides all over the internet on how to do various different Dyson models if you don't fancy going in blind, however they're all pretty easy and all quite similar.

Unless your Dyson is absolutely wrecked, there's no need to waste £300+ on a new one.

Hi,

I rang Aldi this morning to find out availability of this Dyson DC47 and they said they're sold out everywhere.

So, better luck next time.

Sebo for me since my last Dyson croaked it. Would never go back now. Now I can come back from emptying it into the bin on a windy day without looking like the dust monster!

Take the nozzle out of your ears..

Just picked up the last one from Sefton Park Aldi (Liverpool) £199. Classed as high value item, so had to ask as not on the shop floor.

I'm SO impressed when I go round to a friends house and notice they have a Dyson. Especially if it's mounted on a plinth above the fireplace. Then, and only then, a little bit of sex wee may pop out.

Put it outside your house with a 'For Sale £50' sign on and it'll soon get stolen.

I had a dream I was fighting The Grim Reaper with a vacuum cleaner!

Talk about Dyson with death......

Just got the last one from ALDI Fleetwood. Been looking for one for a while

Which one is better this one or DC38 cyclinder

This is an updated version of the DC38, so I'd assume this one is the better model.

2 in Bracknell but no price that I cold see.
