Powered by a Dyson digital V6 motor, the Dyson DC59 cordless vacuum delivers powerful suction for hassle-free cleaning. The Dyson vacuum delivers up to 20 minutes of fade-free suction. Patented Root Cyclone™ technology and 2 Tier Radial™ cyclones efficiently pick up even fine dust particles for thorough, deep cleaning results.

Dyson DC59 cordless vacuum

Delivering 28AW of suction power in normal mode and 100AW in MAX mode, the Dyson DC59 is reliably powerful. Its digital motor spins up to 110,000 times a minute – 3 times faster than conventional motors.

Motorised head with carbon-fibre filaments

The DC59 comes complete with a motorised head with carbon-fibre filaments to aid a high level of dust removal and a self-tightening mechanism to keep the brush bar stable. The dust-capture channel prevents dirt from escaping to increase the efficiency.

Cyclone technology

Featuring Root Cyclone™ technology, this cordless vacuum cleaner spins dirt and dust out of the air and into the bin. 2 Tier Radial™ cyclones work to increase the airflow through the vacuum for a more powerful suction performance. Efficiently lift smaller dirt and dust particles from your home for a deep clean.

Cord-free design

Enjoy non-restrictive, cordless vacuuming with this Dyson. Get up to 20 minutes of cleaning in normal mode. A nickel, manganese and cobalt battery ensures a high level of power and the trigger grip releases instantly so battery power is only used for cleaning.

Hygienic dirt ejector

After cleaning, remove dirt from the 0.4L clear bin in a single action. Simply lift the motor to empty the contents into the bin – there’s no need to touch the dirt.

The Dyson DC59 cordless vacuum cleaner comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

I'm not sure. The link says it is the "Dyson DC59 cordless vacuum with digital V6 motor" but I think it is the older model.

Any ideas what the best dyson available on Black Friday is for a family home?? Thanks

Good price. Got it for £144 a couple of months ago when it was 169 and they had that £25 off coupon

Seen these in store earlier and actually thought it wasn’t the Black Friday price, thought it would come down more tbh.

If you are looking for cordless, V8 Absolute is your best bet.

They introduced the V6 motor before they changed their naming system.

as cordless, Bosch Athlet are much better choice, imho

This product does not include a wall mount.

But how near £139 would it be?

Any idea how this compares to the Dyson DC28c Musclehead in terms of cleaning ability?

We've got the v6 total clean. With 2 attachments for carpet and hard floors. The hard floor brush is 100 times better at picking up stuff on hard floors than the standard brush. 5 kids and 2 dogs. This does us well if u can spot an offer.
Else the absolute is most powerful but looses time because of it. Total clean is more powerful than animal but less than absolute

Do all of the Dyson cordless vacuums come with the charging wall mount?

Just bought one. Really good price. As someone has said, the Dc59 got re-branded as V6.

Was just looking at these, but you are talking £350 new and £280 for a refurb!

If you have mostly carpets, you can get away with an animal version. A V7 refurb is £180 currently. The V6 Total clean is not bad either and is £170 on ebay.

Also, if you phone Dyson, they might drop £10 off the list price and give you free tools or extended warranty.

Shame it doesn't come with a wall mount, much more practical with it.

Will wait and see if another cordless vacuum deal appears in the sales

Is this (or even the Tesco offer variant) suitable for a family home? 3 Bedroom house - family of 4, no pets.....mostly carpetted.....

Whats with the Renaissance art power button ?

It is okay, didn't come with the wall mount which the V6 did have, but got that for around £10 on Amazon so it wasn't a big deal. My brother has the v6 Animal Extra one and my sister has the v8 one, off course both versions are much better with larger heads. But for this price it is okay, nothing special

I bought one a while back at Tesco and for some reason it wouldn't register it online so I called up to register it and Dyson sent a wall mount charge station out to me free of charge, I didn't even mention it didn't have one, when I mentioned Tesco was where I bought it from the lady said ' oh, yours wouldn't have come with one so I'll sort that out for you' ......great service from Dyson and worth a try!

heat!

You need a wall mount with any cordless, makes life so much easier.

Zippy- thanks for the tip. I called them up to register mine and casually asked about the wall mount and the lady said the same about Tesco and that she’d post me one for free. Result
