Looks good to me.

I have the V7 Animal and love it although the V8 would be temping for the bigger battery (not that I've really found it an issue with the V7).

Worth checking if it comes with the same accessories and guess you could use the same code for the V7 as well?

Yes £151.99 it would work out as

1% TCB as well
Have just ordered the V8 as found the V7 does not have an allergen filter and the V8 does.

It also comes with a couple more tools and of course the extra battery life as a bonus.
That is a very good deal with the discount code IMO.
Excellent price, lowest it's ever been for a V8 Absolute/Total Clean iirc.
Just a heads-up. Not sure if it still works, but when I bought a refurbished Dyson V6 Total Clean off the eBay Dyson website over a year ago, when registered online it gave a full three-year warranty as opposed to the one-year advertised. Worth checking out if you purchase; don't register it via telephone as you will definitely only get one-year warranty.

Astonishingly cheap, even for a refurb! I'm wondering if it's a misprice? Until recently the V8 Total (which is the top of the range V8 with ALL the tools) was £310 for a refurb (and £550 for a new one). I've been waiting for a good deal on a V7 or a V8 and this hits the mark. Ordered. Thx OP. HOT!
This promotion code does not work! cooool....

Thanks for that - may have to give it a go.

It worked for me (went through to the payment page and was using Internet Explorer on my PC).
Great deal for a really good machine. My mum has one and loves it!

That's weird.

Maybe try a different browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome or Edge) or try clearing your history and CACHE on them?
Great price.
Please be aware that the V8 heads are not working on V7!! However V7 heads works on V8... I know because I have both.

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried with IE and it worked. Ordered
I have been watching the V8 for a while and the 20% off was too good to pass by. Hopefully refurb will be in very good condition, the reviews on the site seem to be favourable. Can always return if in poor condition.
Can I ask a question re the comments about the V8 having a bigger battery...I thought the V8 has a longer run time as they’d tuned the suction power down to make it last longer? I could be mistaken.
Got the V8 absolute, and its an absolute animal.
Got a second because we are lazy carrying existing one across flors
Heat, was looking for something for carpet and hard floors
Out of stock now - see that Dyson have now released the v10.......who'd ever have thought that vacuum cleaners would have 'release cycles' !

Who would have thought we could ever become passionate about a vacuum cleaner.

I believe the V8 has a bigger battery's and tested show a stronger suction (115somethings instead of 100 like and V6 and V7), but I think this would be longer if it did not have the HEPA filer to cope with.
Great deal on the v7 animal. Currys/Dyson sell the same one new for £420.
Just had notification that mine has been shipped! Woo hoo! Hope it's in good condition. £208 for a V8 Total is insane and I still think this must have been a misprice? Lets see what turns up. Thank you again OP. Great spot.

Shows how horribly materialistic we are these days...

Sincerely, the besotted owner of a V8.
My V7 Animal for £151 has already turned up. It was brand new, sealed so I assume has a two year warranty.33504581-ORkGv.jpg
My V8 turned up today so really quick service. In a plai black box but everything inside was brand new so am very pleased.

You impressed with it?
So glad I decided to buy this and send back the V7.

Apart from the HEPA filter and better battery I'm liking the soft floor brush as this seems better than the wooden floor and also the V8 also has 3 LEDS that indicate how much charge the battery has.

Thanks Mark.
Anyone else received theirs........mines at home, but not sure what condition it's in?
Got mine sat morning couple of scuff marks here and there otherwise perfect
Got mine and I'm very happy with it! I think I'd be disappointed to pay £550 (new) as I think it needs to be a little lighter and have a longer run-time. However, I'm very, very pleased at this price. Once I get the wall mount up I suspect I'll modify how I do vacuuming - i.e. little and often rather than a total blitz. I bought it as a 2nd cleaner, but it has the potential to do all the cleaning in a rather large house, just not all in one go. I already think its much more versatile than my corded and should make certain tasks a LOT easier (stairs, car, blinds, etc).

Mine came in a plainish generic dyson black box but everything seemed new. However, I did notice some minor cosmetic moulding issues - subtle waves of shading in the colour of the main body. It's not something that will bother me, and shouldn't have any impact on the lifetime/performance, but I suspect this wouldn't have passed Dyson QC, hence why it was sold as a refurb. I doubt most people would notice it.

Thx again OP. Bargain!
