Deal isn't as good as last 2 times, I got mine for £267 a few days ago. But 20% off with code DYSONDEC20 brings the price down from £349.99 to £279.99 which is a lot better than the brand new retail price of £429.99.

Some people say it comes brand new, I'd say near brand new. You can tell it's not box fresh as there dust remnants in the bin even though it was completely emptied. All others parts looked completely unused bar the main roller head. But I'm talking 9.5/10 condition here, a brand new unit being 10/10.

I've included a photo of how much this thing picked up from my carpeted living room and dining room AFTER having already gone over with the cheap handheld vacuum cleaner I was using before. The results speak for themselves...4052115_1.jpg

    Have one of these then bought a shark for my in laws and been using it for 10 days and much prefer the shark. The powered head on the shark makes a lot of difference and it’s much better balanced so less tiring to use. I’m not sure which shark model I got as their model numbers make no sense but it was around £200-250 I think

    The opposite for me. Had Dyson v8 which is getting older then bought a shark, sold shark and got Dyson v11 for £210 last month.

    Shark was heavier and a pain charging the battery separate rather than in the docking station.

    Have to admit ebay support is horrific. Otherwise you can't knock the product as long as you got a decent one.

    Try directly emailing there ebay team with this email address: ebayteam@dyson.co.uk

    I initially had a headache since went through their dyson uk support website thru whatsapp chat only to be told I have to go thru the ebay email link but they can check any previous communication via email or whatapp or live chat, there just another department working opposite the dyson website one.

    Had no issues speaking to them so far.

    Cold from me as this is the old higher price when it came with the torque drive. £280 without torque drive not worth it in my opinion.

    its supposed to have fine powder in the bin,a little research would of told you this but people don't do any🤷‍♂️ bit like when people say the brown box is refurb

    The dyson prices were better november, december turned into strike and bump it up month.

    Got my Dyson v12 slim imo the latest and best dyson they offer for £299 last month. (edited)

    Yeah this isn't a good deal at alll, if anyone is interested i'd at least wait until boxing day.

    Although the latest and greatest is the v15, not the v12 (edited)
