Our old Dyson is on it's last legs and as it's nearly Christmas I thought I'd treat the other half to a new vac. Research suggested that these are amongst the best, and I've managed to find the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute WITH a Floordok for £499.00. Dyson direct price is £629.99 without the Floordok which costs an extra £100. They also have the machine on its own at a price of £469.00 which is £30 cheaper than anywhere else at the moment.
If you aren't happy using PRC Direct then I can confirm that Curry's agreed to Price Match the machine on its own, but not the bundle price.

They added 130 off the whole order on John Lewis at store, so this came out at 469. I'm going to ask if I can return the dok and get the price down to 369, as the dok is showing full price on the order...and honestly it's just a piece of metal that's finicky to get dissasembled
So the saga of buying this in John Lewis concludes with me returning the floor dok station for a further discount of 90. I ended up getting the v15 for 380 since they applied the floor dok discount wrongly
The store was stingy with the return tho, and they charged me a 10% restock fee...
