I have just checked Dysons website and it is now £529 dyson.co.uk/vac…ron
So it being listed for £429 with no mention of a discount (which retailers love to make obvious) I have come to the conclusion that it must be a misprice. If you were in the market for the best cordless vacuum money can buy then this is the best chance to get it at a reduced price. Dyson very rarely put offers on their latest and greatest. Only when a new version comes out that they will reduce the price of the outgoing model.

Dyson and Shark are rubbish for customer service. Personally, Shark weren't horrible when I contacted them, but I've heard lots of bad stories about them - same as Dyson.

I have purchased 7 dyson hoovers over the years for my tenants and the customer service has been amazing. Every company is dependent on their frontline staff and you may get a lemon experience with any company. Dyson were great last week, my new dyson V11 stopped working and they just sent me a replacement battery.
No it’s this price at both Argos and Curry’s and has been for a couple of weeks.
The Argos website says ‘great new price’.

The cheaper price just rotates amongst the 5 big retailers that sell them. Dyson is the most tightly retailed product I’ve ever seen.
Occasionally you get s free accessory (like the ‘£100’ stand) thrown in. They save the nicest colour scheme for their own website where they charge £100 more for people who are willing to pay to have it painted gold. Their website also is the only version with the hepa filter that meets the latest hepa standard but they try not to mention it.
The fact that you could get topcashback on this price is a rarity. Cheapest I’ve seen on this model is £450 with the stand from argos in December.
Best deal I’ve seen is a dyson outsize refurb from their ebay outlet with discount vouchers for £350 with 1 year warranty instead of 2. This for £360 new is a steal. Picked one up from currys yesterday, actually was a nice shop experience, gonna keep an eye out for flying pigs.
