Dyson V6 Cordless £169.00 after coupon free c&c @ Tesco direct

Found 26th Aug 2016Made hot 1st Sep 2016
Dyson V6 sold out quickly when it was £199 with £20 off coupon a few weeks ago. It's now back at £189 with a similar £20 off of a purchase over £150 using Promo Code: TDX-GNKF (Offer Ends 04/09/16) making the cost £169.

Don't forget you can use your clubcard points to bring the price down further - plus you should get 169 points for the purchase. And you should get a small amount of cashback through Quidco/TCB.

Update: TCB offering 6% cashback boost on purchases until 1st September (more for Plus members, I think). Should be worth at least £8.95 if your tescodirect order tracks successfully.

seems hot from me! I think currys has a deal of 189 at the moment?

aha. see the coupon! cheers op! click and collect Tesco more convenient than going to currys... hmmm

hot wish I'd waited. bought the v6 flexi from argos for £194 a couple of weeks ago. oh well.

These are so cheap now. I got mine 2 years ago for £300 !!

Well worth it though as it's used daily. But the suction is definitely not as powerful as our mega old corded Dyson.

Worth knowing that TCB are currently running a 6% cashback boost until 01 Sep - my tescodirect V6 order tracked through TCB at £8.95 - way over what I was expecting

Is a new one coming out? Are the more expensive models so much better? (im not an animal owner, as more expensive ones appear to be aimed at them)

V8 range is the newest, main difference from the V6 is much better battery tech giving it 40 mins as opposed to 20 mins for the V6 between charges. Don't think there's much difference in the cleaning power. Only you can decide if that extra battery life is worth double the cost.

Bargain bagged myself one cheers op

thanks for the info i was wondering what the difference was, to be honest though i've had enough of hoovering after 20mins, wouldn't wanna be hoovering for 40mins in one go!

Hot and bought. TCB tracking at £9.29.

Got one of these about a month ago. Amazing piece of engineering from Dyson. For anyone who's interested;

Pros:
-Powerful for the size
-Lots of added extra heads like carpet etc.
-Light, easy to move around.
-Charging mount can be drilled to a wall so easy to keep hidden away
-Really easy to manage and maintained. It's built to be easy to clean components etc.

Cons:
-About a 17 min charge time on regular, 6/7 on power mode.
-Will have to empty several times during cleaning
-Have to hold the power button on. Would be nice to a double click mode to keep on

The cons are really taking liberties, it's a great piece of kit. I would not recommend this to people with big houses and lots of pets, however, for people in flats/bungalows it's perfect.

Was going to get a refurbished one off of eBay but went for this instead. Thanks.

Thanks, just bought!

Damn, wish I had the money in the next couple of weeks
Great offer!

Ordered! Thanks OP, been waiting for this to come down again

Ordered £20 off code plus £24.50 in clubcard points. That'll do nicely.

Get one of these in store if you can find one. Powerful because it's corded, light because you don't need to carry the battery around..

Got one, Just sits around gathering dust though

Wonder if I can find gold with it.

1002 sold. That's a lot of failed, repaired cleaners. Implies not very reliable and just what is a re-engineered battery?

2.5hr charge time. If they had got that down to say 30 mins like a trade drill battery I'd buy it!

Can't get code to work???

3hrs 30minutes charge for 20minutes of hoovering, I'm out. Can see this being very frustrating when conking out on my OCD girlfriend haha.

Just bought one, used £5.00 club card vouchers, went thought top cash back and used the code on here £164.00 plus what ever comes back though top cash back
I've already got one down stairs and it's brill, picks up dog hair from the rugs
I'll put the new one up stairs
Top cash has now got £9.29 pending from Tesco Direct

How???!!! Boost has ended, so can't see how this works (probably missing a trick here!!)...

Offer seems to have ended. Or at least, it isn't working for me.

Thanks OP! Ordered and got £5 off with points - £164, so hot from me!

great ordered one
The little wife is well happy

Cheers OP. Have ordered. 5% quidco too for me. Have wanted one for ages as I hate (& therefore rarely) hoover my stairs. Hopefully this will now be a doddle!
Until I sit down and read the instructions, does anyone know if it's OK to keep this on permanent charge?

Great. Thank you. £20 off and used club card vouchers to boost money off.

Just called tesco and they refunded me £10 as I'd bought the £179 one within 28 days

Not all refurbs are failed machines some are returns for dissatisfaction etc..
