Great price for the Trigger Pro!

Recently used Dysons eBay outlet and it was a brilliant service, the refurbished models typically are brand new models sent back due to a manufacturer defect.

That’s a good deal but I’d avoid Argos as much as possible. I purchased an iPhone X from them on release date and they cancelled my order a day later and took 7 days to give me a £1000 back, their customer service is also horrific, probably the worst I have ever dealt with.

Avoid Argos because they fail to pay the minimum wage and were fined for it.

Shopping at Argos is cheap but unethical.

Doesn’t surprise me at all, disgusting.
I’ve personally black listed them after being disappointed with their service time and time again, first being a Fridge that arrived looking like it had been hit by a bomb, they where insisting it was brand new then told me to ship it to the manufacturer to replace for silly money because they didn’t have anymore stock. All of which resulted in me being without a fridge for over a week and the hundreds I spent on the fridge even longer, no compensation, bad customer service in every aspect, literally could not be worst.

Also purchased an iPad Pro 10.5 from them, again spending over £600 with them and it came defected, the customer service was rude and even spoke to the manager of the call centre and she was just reading a text book to me, they where out of stock at all local branched despite me ordered the day prior, they acted like mine was the last one on the planet, refused to replace. Had to drive miles to an Apple store, again having to go to the manufacturer, luckily Apple is the complete opposite of the spectrum and the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with every time I have, in every aspect, calling, in store, live chat you name it. They got to me early before my scheduled time and simply where kind, understanding, empathetic and apologetic. They spent about 3 minutes talking to me and then handed me a brand new iPad Pro 10.5.

Due to their antics with the iPhone X, I’ve now been without a phone for over a month. Cancelling my order after every single other company had sold out, then keeping my grand for 7 days meaning I didn’t order it until 7 days after release date from Apple which then resulted in me getting a December delivery date. Luckily Apple have pushed my order forward and it should be with me in a week.

Every experience I’ve had with Argos has been absolutely terrible, I’d avoid them at all costs.

Probably shouldn’t give them a fourth chance.

It's same price as Argos £130 at Dyson's official website.
