absolute bargain very hot

Very good price for a powered bike, thanks.

I've been thinking about getting an electric bike....... don't think i'd trust one from Sports Direct though.

Are you sure this is the same as the £399 Hopper e-bike in Tesco? That gets pretty good reviews.

Yes it's the same manufacturer as the E-co.

Anyway to test drive these before buying?

humans look ridiculous on folding bikes.

Reviews are good on Tesco and Amazon....... it does seem a good deal for the money. Heat added.

Not for me though, I'd rather have one that's looks like a mountain bike.

250w motors are road legal under EU law (applies to UK)
(h) cycles with pedal assistance which are equipped with an auxiliary electric motor having a maximum continuous rated power of 0,25 kW, of which the output is progressively reduced and finally cut off as the vehicle reaches a speed of 25 km/h, or sooner, if the cyclist stops pedalling.

The voucher takes off 10% only bringing the price down to £359.10. Did I miss the deal or am I making a mistake?

I'm having same problem. Anybody know how to get this for £337.50?

Anyone

I think I am actually going to buy it at £359.10 because they are going for around the same price on ebay and I have been wanting one for a long time. It's a shame I saw this page one week too late.

When you navigate through the SD website it is advertised at £375 but is shown as £399 on its own page.

So £375-10%=337.50

No idea how you would get it at that price, but it sort of explains where the figures come from. Almost

SD - good luck if you have a problem!

What happens when the battery eventually dies through repetitive charging cycle? Can they be replaced?

That's the big problem with most of these. Battery needs replacing - can't get replacement - so throw bike away.

I wish one of the big, reputable manufacturers like Honda would enter this market.

this is one of the best electric bike right now on ebay

Same problem as with all the others. You don't know how long the batteries and spares are going to be around - or the company.

The Deal link is broken

Also, what's the range on these? And how much does it weigh, I have some stairs to tackle

Deffo need bigger wheels to cope with stairs...!

Not bad.... I like the look of that.
I see they will be doing a hybrid with 700c wheels at sometime, which interests me even more.

Looks like a throwback from 1960 ,, appalling design.. they have to give them away because no one with an ounce of style would been seen riding it.

I have recently bought one of these and just ordered another for my husband. We have looked at several e bikes and this is definately an excellent model. It is robust and rides well. The same are being sold on other sites starting at £599. Happy with it.

What kind of range do you think you can really get out of this bike? If there's no pedalling

(I know one would pedal, but it's good to know what it'll do on it's own)
