Not sure if this is a good deal as I don't smoke, but seemed like competitive price. Saw it home bargains in the ringwood road store at Bournemouth. After some research they also do the liquid for a couple of pounds as well!

How come on these benefit programmes on tv they all smoke and have iPhones ?

Not really the greatest deal as they do not last very long.......I know a couple of people who have bought these & the vaporisers have failed after only a few weeks and you cannot get spares.....battery life is also poor

fair enough. like I said I don't smoke so don't know how good they are or anything! just know they are in at the mo and 5.99 isn't a particularly bank breaking price

It's a good price. Yes they do have eliquid for 99p but you have to ask an assistant for it as they keep it locked up. Don't know how they sell any because no one knows they have it.

I do have a pic but can't seem to edit the deal to add it.....

I've had one for 6 months, got it from Asda, you can get vaporisers from eBay no problem. As for the battery works fine.

Probably because these benefit programmes deliberately choose certain people who will achieve the highest audience shock value. It's worth mentioning that only a small part of the UK benefits bill goes on unemployment benefit, the vast majority goes on in work benefits & tax credits. Some people abuse the system (the sort TV shows like) but for most it is a hand to mouth existence being barely able to keep a roof over their heads, heat it & still put food on the table

The SAME one sold by Home Bargains ?? There are dozens of different ones on the market at different prices & which perform differently. Bought my Brother In Law one for Christmas & it's great but it certainly wasn't like the ones sold in Home Bargains

They all look mostly the same but that doesn't make them the same. The CE4 type with a "fabric wick" are also not great for those who like to use different flavours as the flavouring impregnates the wick....if you choose this type then you should use different tanks for each flavour you use. If you simply want the old cigarette taste then you will be fine.

On a side note NEVER leave an E-Cig charging (even attached to a usb port) unattended as they pose a serious fire risk

I only bought this one to try it out as it's still working and doing the job I see no rush to spend more money on a better one.

Less than a packet of cigs, so hot from me

Something else to note......

Always buy your liquids from reputable sources as these are currently unregulated & there are also counterfeits on the market.

E-Cig liquids should really only contain propylene glycol, nicotine & flavour/colour however some have been found to contain some pretty unpleasant chemicals, some have been found to contain 5x more nicotine than stated & others much less than stated.

Pics up!

beware. unlike some of the slightly more expensive ones, these from home bargains are a bit hit and miss. took five returns before we got one that worked reliably. that then crapped out after 3 weeks.

if your serious about vaping. buy decent equipment. after loads of cheap setups ive gone for a Langer ipow2 battery @£20 and an aspire mini nautilus tank @18.50. not cheap but 1/10 the cost of smoking.

I've just got the basic evod set up.....it's lasted me ages now but the battery is on its way out (keep meaning to replace but keep forgetting) my partner had the same set up and his lasted weeks....in fact any set up he has only lasts weeks.....God knows what he does to them!
