A better option to the puffing train may be the puffin train, which replaces bad-tasting smoke with good-tasting smoked kippers. Fish for an alternative with today’s Groupon from E-Lites. Choose from the following options:

• £8.99 for an E40 electronic cigarette starter kit (59% off)

• £14.99 for an E200 electronic cigarette starter kit (63% off)

Widely heralded as one of the most authentic tobacco alternatives available, E-Lites electronic cigarettes allow smokers to inhale a mist of nicotine in a cloud of smoke-like water vapour, without any tar, tobacco, or carbon monoxide. The E200 E-Lites starter pack features the E200 electronic cigarette, which is a similar size and colour to a traditional cigarette, but glows green at the end when sucked on so that indoor puffings can’t be misconstrued. The flavour of the cartridges can be selected from red (regular), green (menthol), or gold (light) at the checkout, and in total the pack equates to approximately 200 cigarettes. The more compact E40 kit contains the E40 e-cigarette, with one E-Tip (approximately 40 cigarettes) and a USB charger in a little case.

E40 Reusable E-Cigarette Kit
• One E-Tip equivalent to the nicotine content of roughly 40 cigarettes
• G9 rechargeable battery with green LED end
• Compact USB charger
• LED glows when cigarette is in use
• Authentic-looking 'smoke' vapour
• No tar or tobacco-associated carcinogens

E200 Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit
• E200 model electronic cigarette with G9 rechargeable battery
• Five E-Tips with a nicotine content roughly equivalent to 200 cigarettes
• Similar size and colour to a traditional cigarette
• Includes USB extendable charging cable in storage case
• Wall socket chargers, car chargers, and other accessories are separately available

Got a family member who is using one from last offer; they're really good.
It's as cheap to buy the full kit from groupon than buy a refil kit direct though too X)
£2.99 postage (I think)
I gave up a year and a half ago and I used e-cigarettes to do it.... not this brand mind but I found them useful. Used for a month before giving up all together.

They're a b*****d to light.............
@Tom
Hi please can you let me know which ones have you used.
I swapped smoking for e-cigarettes 6 months ago and would recommend them to anyone... its alot easier than you think although these are OK for the price, the claimed "One E-Tip equivalent to the nicotine content of roughly 40 cigarettes" is false and closer to 10. they make the money on over priced refills. the cartridges can be refilled easily by yourself with e-liquid. if you are wanting to use e-cigs as an alternative to smoking i would suggest getting yourself clued up at one of the following forums where they will be more than willing to offer help and advice All About E-Cigs or UK Vapers

Hi,Thought i'd help out as been 'vaping' for over a year and my wife and I have saved over £3000 and feel soooo much better too.

The best place to get any advice is on a forum called 'UK Vapers' and for any video reviews on kits etc and advice another excellent site is e-cig-reviews.com

I started by buying one of these kits and found them to be not very good at all and fairly expensive so I went onto UK Vapers.com and got some great advice.

If you are after a 'cigarette' looking kit then a great starter kits is the Microlite from totally wicked website. It's £25 but you get 6 cartomisers and a charging case that looks like a cigarette packet and holds a full 'made up' cig,6 carts and charges 1 battery too. Each cart can be refilled by your own 'juice' available from lots of uk sites (just type in 'eliquid' or 'ejuice' in google),although most people but theirs from china as it's so much cheaper and all juice is made by a company called Dekang and it's just re-labeled over here and 3 times the price (postage can take up to 2 weeks though) as you'll find if you look at the UK Vapers forum.A 30ml bottle of juice can be over £10 in some places in Uk but about £4 in china.

The Microlite is also the same product as the Liberro 'Realis' from Liberro.com but batteries are half the price from Totally Wicked and the kit is £10 cheaper.

Another good kit that we use is called a DSE901 (sometimes called a mini ecig). These kits cheapest from china too and are about £20 for 2 batteries,2 atomisers and 5 refillable carts.Spares can be bought from china too and battteries are £5 each compared to £9 over here and atomisers are £2-3 as opposed to £5 over here too.

Eliquid can be bought in hundreds of flavours and most vapers try to find a 'cigarette' tasting one then end up vaping a flavour such as cappucino, strawberry, peanut butter etc.

Once you've started vaping you find that some people progress onto 'tank systems' and other much larger devices.I have'nt but it's entirely your choice.

Hope this helps and good luck. It's one of the best things I ever did!X)
