I can vouch for Meindl too, they make really good stuff. Now, if only there was an offer on the Island Pro memory foam ones...
Thanks. Had a feeling the stock would go quickly, and then I'd get a load of negatives from people unable to get what they want. But what can you do? Its better to help some people. :)
Have just received the tracking details for my dispatched order, and they are using Parcelforce Express24 - so I have no worries about e-outdoor efficiency or stock control. But, their return policy isn't great: you shouldn't have to pay to return a faulty item.
Nice find OP. Think I just bought the last size 10. (angel)
The brand is very well known - the British army buy from them. E-outdoor have up to date and active Facebook and Twitter presence, so shouldn't be too difficult to get a response from them if they ignore the phone ... ;)
For a moment I thought you could read....
depends how good her shot is , how many bullets shes got and whether she trying just to wound. I know what you saying though, I've just bought another torch, I'll probably be dead by the time you read this, remember me.
I know the feeling, Vaude do really nice stuff. Put a few Vaude deals on here, but not sure many people take the hint. Like this one, https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00PLI62R6/ Some people will pay 3 times as much for the Osprey version, mad.
The back length is approx. 20". The base of the frame is approx 13" With the top lid pocket full the length is approx. 23" Read more at http://forums.outdoorsmagic.com/showthread.php/63311-Talkback-Vaude-Triset-25-4?s=febd40e0d65e5f42d303a884c24af51a#C6gIG3vOhep42bR5.99
For a moment I thought Google was down.... Size: 57 x 30 x 22 cm
Doesn't seem to be in stock.
Comment Just had a look at the details, yeah good deal but lack of sizes. Heat added.
I love this jacket, but is it the fleecy outer, the thermoball inner, or both? If both this is a great deal imo.
Texapore is Jack Wolfskin's own version of it - I have a High Resistance Jack Wolfskin softshell with Texapore and it's very good. Certainly comparable with the Goretex stuff I have.
Bought something similar from Jack Wolfskin last year and have been very happy with it. I've found Texapore comparable to Goretex for what I use it for: light hiking, going to and from work, standing around at football matches etc. No leaks and even with just the outer shell jacket I have found it plenty warm enough N.ot been up any mountains but I'm sure it would be fine - I probably wouldn't be looking at a £120 jacket if that's what I wanted it for anyway.
I usually pay the extra for Gore-Tex clothing/shoes but i'm not so sure that other breathable, waterproof fabrics are inferior. Gore-Tex certainly are masters of patent protection and marketing.
price seems OK ish but as above said, go for Goretex
Mine was delivered just fine, great jacket and looks good in the grey I think.
No problems buddy, mine arrives tomorrow so they seem pretty hot on despatch. Hopefully the sizing is the same as the filet which I already own... :)
Can't work out how to pm Ordered though Thanks mate
Received today... very nice jacket. I'm usually a medium so ordered both a medium and large to hedge my bets, as the reviews suggested ordering one size up. The large is just about right, bordering on too tight (I've let myself go a bit over Christmas). If anyone else orders I'd strongly recommend going up a size.
Perfect timing! Just been browsing John Lewis and Barbour sales... I didn't see this style, but it's very similar to the ones I was looking at, so ordered! Cheers OP :)
I would buy one, however I have bought a 128GB Ipad Mini 2 with cellular due to this site, so I am resisting
Thanks OP. Chris
There are ages 5-6 (xs small) and age 18-20 (x large) if that makes it clearer for you......
Perfect for back to school fleece, jackets etc for colder days & upcoming winter
Good price but all gone now!
There is a link to items voted cold with no votes. Its bitterness. Nice coat.
Anybody any ideas why this deal is so cold?? No negative comments here, so it's a bit puzzling!
Medium Size guide is 32 / 24 inch waist and size 41 for jacket
simba2585 Go for the Large as the Mcmurdo is made a size bigger
generally i find north face jackets to be really big made - i have a size Medium for the McMurdo Parka and im a big guy, size large in everything else or XL is smaller made sizes like superdry. wondering if i should go for a M in the redpoint gilet also or L http://www.e-outdoor.co.uk/6060/products/the_north_face_mens_redpoint_vest.aspx
Great deal, may need one for the summer the way things are going !! X)
Yes you are right, on the main page it states £2.95 delivery but free over £100, but when you click on the more information button next to posage, it clearly does say free delivery on orders over £30 and £2.95 for orders under £30 I stand corrected. Well spotted.
Says free delivery on orders over £30
Only XXL in Noah green available now.
I had mine delivered this morning too, excellent service! Love the coat too.
Free delivery it might be but mine was delivered this morning, 24hours! Great service?
Looking to buy a ladies size 12 North Face Parka - in either Graphite Grey or Navy Blue - my oh my just looking at different search engines theres so much difference on price - I want to buy an original one and some chinese copy which I know you can get caught out ! have you bought one and if so would you recommend - did you buy one and get a fake one - if so please tell me who you used - also why do some of the parka have one writing on them saying north face and some are in the colour of the coat ??? please help cheers
I'd rather pay an extra £25 to be sure of getting the real thing.
It's an amazing coat. Sadly at the time I could only get black (really wanted the brown) for £235. I wouldn't even contemplate Ebay for an expensive coat just in case I received a fake.
Cheaper buying and shipping from the States for about £175: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NORTH-FACE-299-ARCTIC-PARKA-BROWN-HYVENT-550-FILL-DOWN-COAT-NEW-M-/290793986635#vi-content
thanks, i thought £105 on the page was enough and also I had put White and Bishop on the link
Ive added the price & retailer to your deals title, thanks :)
Nice comments there lol, just in from a walk in the bucketing rain with the Jacket on, 1 shake and the Jacket is bone dry again. The Parka versions are far to heavy this is slightly heavier than my Rab but OMG does it keep you warm, snug as a bug.............
This site is going mad yes its a few quid cheaper over the border but No Stock so ne deal IMO I'll post a nice £25 Ferrari that you cant buy...see how that rides Can I afford this? no Is it a good price? Yes (still in stock as well) I have a few North Face items which are still going strong after nearly 10 years of abuse, including boots and yep you guessed it a nice down coat. Ever spent a winter in New York it's cold and slushy £170 to keep my barnacles toastie is an honest price for very good gear. Yes the name costs a little but alot of that money goes to research how to keep my barnacle toastie......and ooohhhh how they like to be toastie,,,,,especially "Lefty" AKA Big Bob. This is at least a fair deal by any standards and deserves a little credit for the effort. Thats my 2 cents Big Bob will be back after these sponsors messages. Erectile disfunction getting you down! Need some wood to get some good! Try a stick and some sellotape. Big Bob says; Stop, look, listen and think.
Just noticed £3.95 delivery charge on outdoorkit.co.uk so would mean a mazzive saving of 6P lol.
Good stuff you can't beat a good bargain. They are large made aren't they, but a would hate a tight one a like to feel as though I've got room to move about freely.
Yes to the school and back lol
half price Nuptse Boots at GoOutdoors if you want a bit more toastieness 8) http://www.outdoorkit.co.uk/product.php?product_id=12119&category_id=351
Own some of these and really warm:-) great price!
do they do - tent smoking jackets aswell?
Very toasty anyone got any discount codes for free delivery at all
Gadget show favourite as well
TBH I've been really fussy about my choice of boots, I have a weak right ankle. These felt like trainers with fantastic ankle support.....I've ordered the green ones as they might reflect more heat.
same here i have the red ones and cost me a lot more but recommend them to anybody
I've got a pair of the black ones, and I paid a fair bit more than £99 for them! Hehe. Awesome boots.
