UPFRONT COST £10.00

  • Unlimited Minutes
  • Unlimited Texts
  • 12GB Data

Stay in control of your monthly phone bill, while still enjoying big data allowances, thanks to VOXI. Choose from the three plans available and take advantage of either 6GB, 15GB or a massive 45GB depending on your usage needs, all at budget friendly prices.

Simply purchase your choice of VOXI plan from mobiles.co.uk and you’ll receive your SIM, alongside a voucher for your first month’s usage. You can then register a subscription directly with VOXI to continue, following which you’ll be billed every 30 days.

Take your VOXI connection away on your next European holiday, thanks to Endless Roaming, included on all plans. Use your calls, texts and data with no extra costs, just as you would at home, in 48 countries across Europe.

Your Endless Social Media benefits are also still available in European travel destinations. Keep your friends and family updated on your trip abroad with unlimited social media data, letting you post updates and upload photos whenever you like.
You buy your £10 voucher by paying £10 upfront... when activating your sim on VOXI's website, you use the voucher to pay for the first month. There is no pay-10-get-20 scenario... the whole exercise is just so e2save can take their cut.

Neither is there an extra 2GB data... as confirmed by VOXI...

Agent: I have checked with our team and confirmed we are providing only 12GB plan for £10.
Agent : This extra 2GB data they are adding from there side.
Me: Can they do that?
Agent : We don’t have any information about that.
Me: I see
Agent : You need to check with them once.
Me : sure, I will
Agent : Because they are already mentioned this on there website.
Me: yes, that’s true
Me: I just thought you may know
Agent : Sorry its a third party deal and they will be able provide that.

And then e2save sending me to deal with VOXI

Agent: I am sorry about the confusion but you need to contact your network provider to explain the voucher.

Agent: Trust me this is no scam. the network providers are the ones that offer the vouchers. Hence me advising you to the network provider.

Agent: You need to contact the network provider to sort this problem.

***

I’ve now filed a complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority 🤷🏻

P.S. One more point... when signing up on VOXI’s website, and provide a PAC code as part of the registration, they will wait for the number transfer to be finalised before they activate your new sim. Other networks usually assign you a temp number during that time. If that’s what you want, make sure you don’t add the pac at that point but only after they’ve activated your card. I did it on the weekend and had to wait for two days with an offline sim.

They dicked me around over the Amazon voucher so I’m moving to Smarty for a few month
Great network. Endless social media makes my data last forever. Barely even use 3gb now. Connection is always spot on. LOADS of freebies each month. Can't recommend enough!

Just contacted support, they said that from tomorrow (4th Sept.) all existing customers on the 8GB for £10 p/m will be able to upgrade from 8GB to 12GB! Couldn't be more grateful of a mobile network

Sorry if this is a dumb question but is this 14gb of data? ie 12gb + the 2gb free?

hi, can you confirm if tiktok videos are included in the endless social media or does it come out of data. Also what are these freebies you mention? thanks

Not sure about Tiktok sorry. Just live chat them and I'm sure they will answer.

They do things called "Voxi drops" each month. They vary what they offer, I recently got a free kilo of protein powder and bottle. In the past have had free sweets, cinema tickets, vouchers for online shops etc.
Am already with Voxi on 8GB p/m, any way to get this still?

VOXI plans also offer Endless Social Media as an added perk. Make the most of Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook Messenger without making a dent on your normal monthly allowances (video calling not included).
The network is rubbish. Customer service is rubbish. Voxi drops don't give out any good deals. Don't sign up!!!

So that those who already got this can continue to enjoy great speed and coverage 🐱
I am with three, and their data is really a pain. How can check if Voxi offers good speed at my post code? (I am in East London, e7 0py)
Thanks
Superb network abroad. We have one of their Sims that we use to take abroad with us. Top it up with 35 quid for unlimited data, whack it in an old phone and the kids have Netflix wherever they go. We drove from South Wales to just south of Paris and it didn't skip a beat all the way

Buy a voxi SIM going through tcb, you get £12.75 cashback so that'll cost you -£2.75 obviously cancel recurring payment etc unless of course you want to stay.

I'd say try a Voxi sim (or any sim for any network you are considering) because the network coverage maps don't always give the true real world use experience. I used to be with Three and their coverage map showed I shouldn't have issues . However data speeds were dire inside and outside.

Just be aware payg sims for EE and possibly other networks don't give access to the 800 frequency. The only give access when having a pay monthly contract.

Also you should delete the second part of your postcode in your original comment. Otherwise you could get lots of HUKD and non HUKD visitors!

Sorry ashtad for not catching my sacarsm in my post
Actually with these and I can't fault them decent speeds (70mbs) descent coverage £10 unlimited social media ace
I use Voxi. I'm two miles form the Vodafone mast with line of sight.
Just ran a speed test and got 4Mb/s down and 30Mb/s up.
Bizarre.
Interestingly I've just run a speed test using a Voda SIM and got a similar result - unsurprisingly as Voxi *is* Voda.

However, I usually get >100Mb/s on Voda.So something's not right with the local mast, I think. Or maybe Perranporth (where I am in Cornwall) is full of tourists using the internet tonight.
I would expect Voxi to give >100Mb's

Worth noting that they cap eu data roaming at 25gb p/m, so you might as well save a few quid and get the 45gb p/m plan while you’re away, rather than the unlimited.
I’m with three and pay £19 for exactly the same with rubbish coverage. I’d like to go for this but I want to keep my number. Do I buy the sim first and then bring my number across (I think I need some sort of code?) not done this before any advice would be appreciated x

I've just done this but went with the plusnet deal due to coverage. If you go on my 3 and look for the leave tab. It gives you the option to keep your number and generates a pac code you can use to place your order. The code also counts as the start of your notice but your contract will only end if used within 30days. I timed it terribly and will be billed another £33 in October. Oh and take and screenshot of it as I never got an email or text with the actual code on it

To my knowledge they are random.
That’s heat from me, been looking for a deal like this since I missed out on the Voxi deal in June.

There's no real speed difference between Voxi and Vodafone. Vodafone own Voxi. Vodafone don't differentiate levels of service on plans like other network do.
