"Conotrane £5 for 500gm" from where?

You realise the only similarity conotrane and e45 share is that they're both creams? Completely different intended uses!

A big pot of double cream is cheaper in Tesco, and a lot tastier.

For your condition (I assume), yes, I wouldn't argue with that; but not for people with conditions E45 is intended to treat.

Buy generic cream from places like Savers for a quid for same amount, its the same stuff just not a brand name

I use Aqueous Cream.

Can be used as a Moisturiser, soap, or to shave with.
Similar sort of stuff to E45.

£1 for 500gms from the saver shop & Various pound shops.
