This is cheaper than the gym, and it does a lot more for your body as a whole than a run does.

I was getting ready to set it up for the missus as she is useless but she managed to do it herself. Believe me its easy mate.

We just bought one and the missus set it up and did a workout, was easy to set up and had no issues with the sensors

none in Brighton, they did not even know what that was LOL

This is still available, got one from my local Asda 29 quid on the shelve but scans 20 at the till thanks
