Good deal. Shame this didn't sell much at all compared to UFC's game, it's not bad.

argos give good trade value on the ps3 version

This has now dropped everywhere. Shame it bombed as much as it did!

This is way better than the ufc games, which was just like Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots.

where is it cheaper? everyone else is selling it near £25.

The game didn't bomb, because EA Sports mma 2 is coming out in 2 years time as planned.

In the ufc games all the fighters, fight the same. No unique style, same boring rulesets, the venues look all the same. At least this game u have different rulesets, best one being vale tudo. Fighters like Overeem and others, fight like they do.

There are afew bugs but a new patch is coming soon to fix them i hope.

In my opinion ufc 2009 was better than ufc 2010 and ea sports mma beats them both with a facestomp.

This is the cheapest. Game website is doing a one day only deal promotion on monday. Wait till then as you might see EA MMA on there for under £20.

Yes I know EA are gonna do a 2nd game. That doesnt mean this never bombed though! It has done very low numbers worldwide. Not sure how a 2nd game will do any better as the quality of the game is not the reason it bombed.

Most UFC fans are only interested in UFC. They have no interest in MMA outside of UFC!

£30 trade in at argos for the ps3 version

If Game gonna do it cheaper on monday thats great but we wait and see.

I hear what your saying, ufc fans do have a poor knowledge of mma, i really hate watching ufc events as they are so boring, with most fighters doing there lay and pray tactic. To me pride was the best, but zuffa got rid of it.

This game is still better than both ufc games, and sales numbers up are picking up fast.

This game beats the UFC game purely cause the UFC games have a horrible submission system.

Theres still never been a really good MMA game imo. Including the old PRIDE and UFC games on the ps2.

Cant see how people who watch the UFC dont know anything about MMA, if it … Cant see how people who watch the UFC dont know anything about MMA, if it wasnt for the UFC mma probably wouldnt be watched 2/3's as much as it is. I have watched all the UFC events from as far back as i can remember and been to them all in the UK and Ireland does that mean that i know nothing about MMA? And as far as the lay and pray tactics go, MMA as a whole is considered more of a sport than ever before so fighters want to win whatever the method, like a football team defending for 90 minutes then scoring on a counter attack, its about winning however possible not seeing who can take the most punches to the head without getting knocked out, anyone who is a genuine fan of the sport should understand that. And for there being an EA Sports MMA 2, there wont be the developers have already said a few weeks ago they dont plan on making another one

I was talking about american fans, but its true those ufc mma fans don't know much about worldwide mma, those are the fans that shout USA at the ufc events, even when its two americans fighting each other. Pride was by far the best mma competition, the ufc has just been going downhill since dana white got more vocal and overshadowing his fighters.

Actually the developers have said there will be EA Sports MMA 2, i've asked and its been confirmed many times recently, fight night champions is coming out next year and ea sports mma 2 will come out a year later as planned.

Dude, EA came out this week and said there will be an EA MMA 2 game. Guy from EA was interviewed on figure 4 daily.

I wouldnt say most UFC fans no nothing about MMA. I would say they are ignorant of the world of MMA though. Lots of them refuse to watch anything outside of UFC. Even when Pride was the biggest promotion in the world with the best fighters etc you would see UFC fans just totally ignore it.

Have UFC really made MMA as a sport more popular? I would argue they have made the UFC brand a whole lot more popular but MMA in general I would say a lot less.

as i said before it didn't bomb, was the game really going to break sales records? No.

EA Sports have always said its an long term investment, and sales figures are improving. The game came out the same day as Fallout: New Vegas how did it have a chance against that.

anyway the game is good and the deal is good.
