Visuo XS809HW 2MP from Tomtop is better.
Had it myself and camera quality is actually decent at 2mp, make sure you don’t fly it on a windy day because mine was blown away and I never found it again. Supposedly has return home feature which I didn’t know about, however not sure how well that works and wouldn’t expect miracles out of it.
I paid £27 for mine, but at the moment it’s £34. Will have a longer flight time as well as the battery on the one posted by op is only 500 mAh. It was very stable for what was £27 at the time and tbf it’s my own fault expecting it was going to handle the wind and flying it in an area surrounded by houses.

I also have the Visuo and can confirm the 2MP camera is pretty decent. It's a very stable and responsive quad and I'd say ideal to learn piloting with. Mine has had tens of hours and still going strong. I also got it for 27 quid on a GB sale, did take almost two months to arrive.

Yeah, I was really gutted to lose it because I thought that it was really decent for the money. Have you tried return home feature and altitude hold? I might purchase it again because I’ve ordered a spare battery pack and lost my drone the following day. Mine arrived very quickly from The Netherlands.

Return to home isnt that great, basically it just remembers the directions you move it and then does it in reverse, so if is windy it'll be affected by that. More expensive drones use GPS so this isnt an issue

As for altitude hold, it should be on straight out of the box I know mine was. Apparently there are two model revisions and the first one didnt have altitude hold but newer ones do

A video review where it is liked (note the copter was provided to the reviewer):

2MP is currently £35.51.
