Don’t purchase on the strength of Quidco cashback, they now have one of the worst track records and don’t even respond to queries nowaday

Would never use Quidco again no matter how much they offered. Never tracks and then majority of claims are denied for no reason

I bet it still tracks at 1% and you will have to put in a claim.

Claims takes months at Quidco.

Thanks OP. A rare occurrence indeed.

Tracking has failed for me on two bt fibre deals via quidco (£100 plus each time), luckily for me both times the claims have actually been successful. Topcashback tho have been much more reliable and will use them every time if possible, even sacrificing cashback amount.

Was jsut about to post this.. now I wont, you got here first! Im the loser

Yes I think Quidco are being less than honest with passing cashback on and wait times are a complete joke .Would not be surprised to see them either investigated or out of business

Interesting to hear folks comments on here about Quidco. I've used them for years but had a really bad experience with them this year, refusing to honour cashback on bookings made through hotels.com, probably adding up to a couple of hundred quid. I booked 3 separate hotels in the same session but they only tracked the first one. When I raised a claim they told me I was supposed to log out & back in again for every hotel - despite that not being in their T&C's. 😡

do you have to pay with paypal ?

I just bought something for a grand but will pay cash

So not had cashback denied so far from quidco but pay out times crazy long sometimes...

Quidco = Useless!

After a bit of a battle I've just had my cashback paid, I am now going to close my account, can't be doing with the messing especially as there's TCB, who are not perfect but are so much better than Quidco.

Sorry Op I know you meant well creating this deal and credit to you for trying to be helpful.

TCB are better than Quidco.
I took out a Voda contract and was paid £130 cashback. I withdrew it and weeks later noticed another £130 cashback from Voda! I didn't withdraw it and forgot about my account for months. I then tried to login after months and couldn't. I had my account reinstated and got my 2nd £130.

Since I started using Quidco, I've made nearly £1000 on it. That's nearly £1000 from just clicking a link. Certainly nothing to sniff at. In fact, I'm delighted with it.

Anyone know if you can convert nectar points and still get quidco cashback?

Quidco have paid me £221 in total for doing next to nothing. My biggest payout with them was £90 from Argos when I bought a MacBook - 10% special cash back deal, took about 6 months to get it but I wasn't moaning.

Had about £1800 with them myself over the last 10 years. I've also had about £300-400 of either tracked and subsequently rejected or just plain not tracked cash back in that time. For the most part, in my experience, raising a support case is about 25% successful.

Started using TCB a couple of years back and whilst I've not used them as much they do seem more reliable. I've had significantly less refusals for sure.

Its always best to look at it as a bonus if you get the cash back and not bank on it. Then it's less unpleasant if it doesn't get paid out.

You're lucky if it tracks at all. My transaction hasn't tracked and check what they say if you try to investigate: "Unfortunately we are unable to investigate transactions for this merchant."

Ebay transactions will normally take 3/4 days to track.

Have you won it on auction?... typical reply when the seller is not happy with the winning bid...I won once a memory card for 99p+postage, next day got a message that it has been damaged, that the seller had a car accident and the card was in the car!!true story!!

Won the bid and paid via pp.

I've sold Four graphics cards on ebay the past Month (Totalling 1,8k) . Three are coming back faulty, full of fcking scammers. I really dont know how this company is still in existence. theyve now suspended my account because i'm not paying these fckers back and they can close the paypal account down too. I really dont care anymore. A company that really is complicit with scamming buyers and 99% of the time will refund them (Even if they send back a box full of horsesh1t)

When the 980ti was the one to have I got stung 3 times, each time nothing was posted. And zero response from sellers. Had to wait around 3 weeks each time to get £475 back.

And the ebay voucher I had used at the time got cancelled and couldn't reuse
