This game has a rating o]f 73 on Metacritic so far. Ok its not fabulous but that is a pretty decent score.
Why so cheap if so new? It looks like a bit of fun for £17.99

Voted Hot great price for such a new release

Its like £19.99 on amazon so obviously its similar to table tennis a budget title

I saw this on play a couple of hours ago. I too was wondering why an unreleased game was only £17.99. I lookec it up on IGN. It only scored 69%. It's funny that you mention budget as the review says if only the game had a bigger budget

AnywayThere is a video preview demo embedded on the play.com page. I quite like the look of this game. I don't have an Xbox 360 but If I'd probably get this. Voted hot.

The IGN review, whilst not giving it a brilliant score, did seem to suggest it was a fun title.

It's tough to give a game like this a score. It's a fun game for sure, … It's tough to give a game like this a score. It's a fun game for sure, but a flop from the technical standpoint. Let's be clear here. If you're looking for a big budget shooter with a great story and flashy graphics, GRAW 2, Rainbow Six: Vegas or Gears of War will deliver your needs a thousand times better than Earth Defense Force 2017. It doesn't hold a candle to some of the more technically savvy games on Xbox 360 and that may be more than ample reason to give this one a pass depending upon your tastes. For good mindless shooting, this game delivers.

Sounds like Lost Planet, without the spit OR polish.

I ordered this off powerplaydirect.com for £17.99 plus using code BRINC1 bring it to £16.99 also quidco is 4% with powerplay, instead of play.com 2%

Its a ported Japanese title aimed at budget range. Still its spose to be quite long with easy achievements for any XBL lovers here

good price, and a half decent game according to the reviews. Voted hot.

My 9 year old thinks this has been sent by god himself from heaven (its a simple wicked brainless pleasure for an adult ;))

Easy achievements seems to be an understatement, its only got 6

hahahaha. To be fair, one of those is for completing the game on "Inferno" difficulty

Thats a good price for a new xbox 360 game.
