It depends on what u want to cook - Puri, paratha, Naan, Tandori Rooti, Bati, Bafle are few Indian dishes u could make. Some people make halwa as well. But I am not sure about cakes & pasteries if u are after that.

Reallly!!!!! ;-) Mate this is about East End Gold and not about Elephant medium or any other cheap atta. I don't want to compare them its individual choice but I would never try using Elephant after using East End Gold.:thumbs up:
