I remember the days these were £2.99 each in the supermarkets!

Anyway i know its a while off easter yet but i think now is the time to get your easter eggs. Sainsburys have the medium sized (not the really samll things you see in the pound shops) easter eggs instore at £1.99 - and they are on buy one get one free so it works out under a £1.00 each.

AVAILABLE BOTH ON-LINE AND IN STORE.

SO STOCK UP BEFORE THE 15TH MARCH WHEN THE PROMTION ENDS. From the 15th march will be 4 for £5.00.

Also my store was limiting customers to a maximum of 6 per customer - but thats probably just cos it is a small store.

On the website it always says you can have 2 large malteasers eggs for £1.99 - but judging by the grams i'd say it is in fact the medium size.

Over are the days of finding inventive ways of spelling, implying & describing SAINSBURYS...I'll miss them & always remember them with a certain fondness!
Maybe 50 years in the future the freedom of information act may release details that will fully explain what happened (sure there's a big pile of stuff about it STACKED somewhere!!!).

Yes but they will probably sell them for 50% off - so they will be 99p anyway. Or are u hoping for 75% - that would be good..... 49p....and sainsburys did reduce some of their xmas chocolate to 75% off so its possible - no idea about what other supermarkets do (i'm surrounded by nothing but sainsburys where i live).

similar offer in morrisons advertised in todays papers 3 for £3

I've known Sainsburys to reduce stuff to PENCE, nevermind %'s...seems to depend on quantities & how quickly they want to use the space that these occupy.

:giggle: will be even cheaper after easter

I'm gonna get fat hahaha
