I'm afraid, gavinsavage, that if you've done any type of gardening at all, you MIGHT be a little disappointed with this book. I downloaded this very same book in 2018 and I can honestly say that the only thing I learned from it was how the author used various 'statements' to justify why you should 'go' organic.

Having said that, for someone that's brand new to gardening, you WILL learn some useful things, such as the differences between different containers and why to choose individual ones; the different vegetables that are easy to grow; why you should 'thin out' plants to ensure you get better growth; dealing with pests, etc.

As the book is free, there's no harm in you downloading it and having a read. You MIGHT be able to come back at me then and tell me how wrong I am.
Thank you, Jessie72, for posting this link which I personally believe would be more useful for total beginners to gardening. More experience growers would already know much, if not everything, that is written in the 'book'.

You get from me for thinking of others.

Thank you!

You're more than welcome ma'am. All I was doing was posting my PERSONAL opinion of what I found. I'm quite sure that other readers MAY well give a different opinion.
