I did this recently and got the gifts through about 3 weeks after signing up and the magazine came through the day after.

Plus, if you go through quidco you should get £4.50 back. I did and it has tracked.

I subscribed to Easy Living once a few years ago and the gift never came.

Also, Quidco says you get 4.50 back with credit card orders, but you only get the 5 quid deal if you use direct debit. Did it work on a direct debit anyway?

I used direct debit and quidco has tracked at 4.50. I don't know when it is due to pay out though. That is just a bonus anyway, £1 per magazine is cheap enough.

I agree, I went ahead and did it. Even if I don't get the quidco or the free gift, it's ok. I think Easy Living is one of the few that still sends the monthly newsstand gifts to subscribers, too.

Ditto, my husband brought me a yearly subscription of EL just before Christmas, the simple creams were advertised as free gift then too, Im still waiting:x

On another thread about deals with Lets Subscribe, people were complaining of problems canceling the DD. I sure hope that isn't the case; the price goes to 12 quid for every 6 issues! Which would really suck, considering I just got a mailing where I can get 12 issues for 12 quid and a free gift, but I'd already signed up for this. Here's hoping it works out!
